From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, I felt this was the place for me! And when I arrived, they were so welcoming, helpful, kind and just the nicest people! Each and every step of the process was the best I've ever experienced at an eye Dr and I've had glasses since the 5th grade (let's just say many years!). And to top it off...my glasses are perfect!! I recommend Chatham Eye Care to everyone I see(so clearly through my new glasses)! Thanks y'all!

From the moment eye walked in the door my experience here was so very pleasant. Every team member here was friendly, personable, professional and knowledgeable. My exam was quick, but felt very thorough. Everything ran very efficiently, they really have it down there and they have very nice modern equipment. Eye was in and out, in no time at all. Also worth mentioning, they were conscientious about helping you stretch your money, offering rebates and special sale percentages off of contacts and glasses that really added up. In addition, eye truly feel like this would be a great place to take younger children for their exams because of the friendly atmosphere. Eye've only just finished my exam there and already reccomended them twice.

They accept Medicaid insurance but aren't accepting new Medicaid patients. They won't even allow you to pay out of pocket!! Why even state that you accept Medicaid insurance?!?!?! I'm so confused. I am having such a difficult time trying to find a doctor to see my daughter since her old eye doctor no longer offers contacts. I had hoped this office would be the one since it's nearby and has good ratings. Oh well. I guess we will have to drive the Greensboro and give the state of North Carolina our money.

Great experience. Staff is always helpful and they get you in and out very quickly. Best eye doc around. Eye love the staff (see what eye did there lol) If you didn't see what I did there then see Dr. Debass and get your eyes checked today!

Amazing atomsphere with the very latest in technology! Dr. DeBass provided a thorough eye exam and she is super friendly! Even my 7 year old daughter goes without complaints. The optical offers a range of high end to economical options. We highly recommend this practice!

I highly recommend Chatham EyeCare Center. Dr DeBass is the best. She takes time to explain your condition and what can be done to help you. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have been a customer of Chatham eye care center for 3 years. I went to them for them to adjust my glasses and they told me that they couldn't because they were afraid they would break them. But yet I bought them there. She told me I had an appointment but the appointment was a month away i asked her, "Do i have to walk around with my glasses crooked until my appointment?" She replied, "Yes." I was very upset by this. She seemed to not even care. I don't know if it was because of my race or culture. She made sure to give me an appointment card though. It seems to me that money is the only thing that matters to them.

Love Dr. DeBass and staff....very professional, yet friendly. Newly remodeled office looks amazing! I have referred other friends and family to the practice and they have all been pleased.
