Excellent as always! I had some issues going on with my eye and Dr Cortes took her time and listened to all my questions and answered them! She is the best and really cares about her patients! Im grateful for her and told her at my visit that I would have to follow her if she ever left Chatham! All of the staff is wonderful! Just makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave!

The doctors and all staff are very professional and helpful. I don't have one negative thing to say about them at all. Eyeglass selection could be updated a bit.
However, their policy of not giving out your PD is outdated and borders on illegal. I paid for an eye exam and even purchased one pair of prescription glasses. Guess I'll have to switch to a 'big box' optometrist to get my pupillary distance.

My husband and I had appointments at same time. The staff is so nice to us in the way they treat each of us and working with us so there is no wait time in between appointments. Dr. Cortez saw me early and took great care to fix the problem with my eye. She was kind and professional, a winning combination. Her receptionist was equally kind and professional. It has been my observation that no matter how good doctors are today their staff usually fails to provide the same level of professionalism. This was absolutely not the case here since the receptionist was exceptional.
