Chesterfield Optometric Center

My daughter, Shena with special needs was excited about going into the room with eye glasses and mirrors because she saw some children in there. She voiced out some, but not as much as she usually does . When she got in the exam room she did well, but she held her eyes closed tightly when she did not want the light on her for more than a few seconds. I assisted by talking to her and telling her what I needed her to do so when Kierra came back . she did better. Dr. Elder came in she did the same thing, at first, with me helping by gently holding her eyes open. She sat quietly and looked around without any problems. The receptionist was nice and friendly and wished my baby a "Happy 40th Birthday " on Christa's Eve!

It wasn't a bad experience. They're more up-to-date than other Optometric offices. Pretty friendly the staff is also. Some staff give over friendly vibes, though. Did you look up exactly where I live before the appointment & check out my social media accounts or something? My housing,job&etc aren't that important. A staff member asking about what I do for a living was irrelevant.

I went here for a comprehensive eye exam. I had Dr. Albert and she was very educational and took her time with my results. My intake exam specialist was very nice as well. The exam itself is a doozy, but she was so patient with me recovering before each test. This office is very up-to-date with technology. I couldn't imagine going to another place and getting less now. The front desk was nice. A small suggestion would be to see more diversity in staff up front. The more diverse staff I met in the back office smiled at me and silently took care of me when I left an item in the exam room.

Thank for the quick appointment. I truely enjoyed meeting everyone involved with my care. The service was exceptional. I appreciate all the kindness and the wonderful care at my appointment yesterday Jan. 7 2026. Again THANK YOU!

Every staff member was so friendly and all I came in contact with were very knowledgeable. Dr.Stacy was so helpful trying to figure a plan for me. Her smile was very calming. Purchasing glasses was easy and the staff there were equally friendly.

I love Dr. Stacey!!! She is always very patient and listens carefully to what I am saying my vision problems are. She works for a solution and explains her thoughts/conclusions in a very understandable way!

My adult son who has exceptional needs and limited verbal communication was seen. Everyone in the building was welcoming and friendly. They were excellent. I am very impressed and highly recommend anyone looking for eye care to pay them a visit.

Great customer services, environment nice and clean. Staffs make you feel welcomed. Eye exam went smooth and comfortable. Me and daughter was happy with their service today. Thanks again!
