Friendly and helpful staff, experienced doc. Glad to find a new eye doctor after putting it off for several years. They've been tasked with teaching me how to wear contacts, so wish them luck lol. Highly recommend!

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to myEyeDr. My interaction with Dr. Lisa Bennett was especially concerning. She demonstrated poor bedside manner, appeared rushed throughout the appointment, and did not explain any of her findings. Her demeanor came across as irritated, and I left without a clear understanding of my exam results. Based on this experience, I would not schedule with her again. The lady that helped me after my appointment was actually eating while assisting with me selecting glasses.

Had a great experience. I normally dread going to the eye doctor however, the staff made my experience as smooth and dread-free as possible. Checking in was easy, I waited for maybe 10 minutes. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend.

I ordered glasses from this branch on December 4th. At the time of ordering, I was told to expect them to arrive on the 11th. On the 11th, I called and was told expected arrival would be the 17th. On the 17th, I called again and was told the promise date would be the 22nd. On the 22nd, I again called and was told hopefully they would arrive by the 26th. It is now the 27th and they have yet to be shipped. Keep in mind while my prescription is strong, I ordered single vision glasses. Extremely disappointed in this establishments service and response. Had I been told it would take this long, I would have never placed an order with them. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The level of professionalism, patience, and genuine care Sam demonstrates elevates the entire optical practice. They clearly lead the team by example, creating a friendly and efficient environment! Everyone needs to check out this location. If you need expert guidance, ask for Sam!

Martina was a big help. She helped pick out glasses that I described to her. She's very knowledgeable and knows what she's doing. Great optical over all and amazing staff !
