Marcia is Amazing! She is so competent and thorough and really knows her stuff! Great experience!

This was by far, the worst eye appointment I've ever had. The doctor (Marquardt), was rude and very short with me when I tried to explain my situation and when I wanted to ask questions. I felt as if I was a bother and shouldn't have scheduled at all. Considering I paid for my appointment, this should not be the case. Every other optometrist I've gone to has at least given me the decency of making me feel like a respectable person. (Note: My original appointment was cancelled and they didn't bother to reschedule me after several days so I called back and had to schedule myself even though they cancelled on me and said they would call.) In short, I would not recommend that anyone go to this optometrist and I will be making the drive back home (>1hour away) for my next eye appointment.

Marcia was excellent the first time I went to her and she has continued to be . Between my husband and I, we have purchased 6 pairs of glasses from her. She is the one that realized that the location for my biofiocal was not the same on both sides, one side had to be higher than the other that is why I was always adjusting my glasses from other know optical shops not understanding why my prescription was always off.

I only gave 3 stars cause a couple of the ladies that work the counter can be a little short with you and tend to talk over you.. It seemed rude and unprofessional. The glasses came within the time frame I was told so that is a plus. I feel the ladies are just so busy they get almost a grumpy attitude. Hope they read this a nd realize it shows!!

My schedule changed and I had time to make an appointment. I was given a 12:15pm appointment and was delighted. I showed up early and was greeted warmly. Filled out the usual forms and was given class A service from the front desk to the examining room. I will recommend and use Costco Vision Center again and again. Thanks guys.

They called me and hung up. So I called back thinking my glasses were ready to be picked up. The lady who answered barely even let me get a word in. Transfered me to talk to someone else. Was then on hold for 10-15 minutes. Then they said they were having trouble finding my name and hung up on me again! So I called back AGAIN and then again that lady didn't let me get barely a word in to talk! Terrible customer service!

I had a bad experience at a different Eye Care business and came here for help. Staff was AWESOME....they were patient, they helped me resolve a problem that was not theirs...I purchased glasses at less than half the price of the other place I had been a customer of...I highly recommend buying your glasses here!

I have had great experience with John and Dawn when purchasing Glasses and lenses... However Dawn is a different person when it comes time to warranty a pair of glasses...
