1st I would like to say Dr welch was great, and we were taken back for the exam right on time. However if you need your glasses quickly maybe don't order them from here!! My daughter has been waiting since Jan 13th for her glasses. We were given a " promise date" of 2/11 but were told " it will probably be more like 2 weeks". On 2/5 ( past 2 weeks and less than a week until the promise date ) I attempted to check the status online but was unable to find the order at all, so I called the store asking for an update. They weren't able to give me more information at that time but called me back the next day after looking into it and said the lab had the lenses ready but were waiting for the frames, but it was still expected to be ready by the promise day. 2/11 finally comes, and they did call ...but still no glasses. we were told they had heard from the lab and they should arrive by 2/17. It's now 2/17 and by about 3pm I still hadn't heard from them so I called again to see what was going on. After sometime on hold I was finally told they still haven't come in. Now they are saying Friday. At no point did they tell us about the delays without me bothering them, nor did they offer to let her pick another frame to get them sooner. ( Which she would have gladly done). Update. (2/26 5 pm) Still no glasses! I had spoken to them on Friday like they had last told me. And of course more excuses and delay. I was basically told they were being remade because they had messed up and that they were to be overnighted and were to arrive "hopefully by Thursday (2/26). Well today is that day and we are now over 2 weeks past our "promise date ". Since they hadnt called me since then I called just a few min ago and was told they still aren't there and that the manger wasn't in and to call back tomorrow. I asked them to have her call me Update 2/27. The manager ( Alicia) did call me back this morning to say they were waiting for UPS to come and they'd hopefully be in today and she would call as soon as they arrived. A few hours later ( around noon) she called back and said that she had them. When we arrived to pick them up she was very friendly, and helpful. She also went above and beyond to make us happy after this whole situation. I am not sure what happened or where things went wrong but now that it's all taken care of we are happy now.

Cody was great! Fantastic deals they had going on made my glasses + contacts very affordable plus got free sunnies with my contacts. Cody did a great job explaining what everything would be, answering questions and simplified the process. Everyone overall was very pleasant and I will be continuing to come here for my yearly exams!

From the minute I walked into the office, almost throughout the exam process till the very end ... AMAZING people! I was in and out quickly. Everyone, j mean every single person, was fantastic. I have never had a more thorough exam. Cody spent a lot of time helping me with picking out my frames and walked me through every option. I honestly was expecting to pay a lot more but the glasses were super affordable with a HUGE selection. Thanks guys. Y'all rock!! I highly recommend this place. First time patient and first time using the virtual dr for this type of practice. This will be a lengthy review but I feel the need of my whole visit esp with the virtual dr compared with an in person dr so people who are apprehensive of using this type of service will understand what happens in the visit and hopefully be open to use it more. So, to start off with I was referred by some coworkers about using myeyedr practice. Most everyone stated that they enjoyed this office, not only because it was easy to get an appointment but also the staff are very friendly. When I made my appointment the staff stated that the in person dr was booked out to at least I think middle of march or April and they had open appointments for the virtual. So I decided why not, and they did not disappoint! I was 20 min early and they took me back almost immediately. The nurse who helped me was easy to work with and explained every test and pics of my eyes that they took. She explained that all the tests would go to the dr, and the dr would video chat with me on "the main part" of the visit. There was another nurse who helped and you could see the dynamics of ALL the staff were incredible! When the dr did the video chat with me she was polite and explained everything in the visit, from taking the eye test to the pictures the nurse had taken in the beginning. Very easy and they all made me comfortable. When the nurse was done and took me to see the techs for my contact and eyeglass fitting I started off with Bree, and then worked with Alicia. They both were pleasant and patient working with me. Alicia helped me figure out what I should do for contacts but helped me pick out new glasses and what package I should get for new glasses! She was honest and upfront with the pricing and helped figure what the best was for my budget. Not once did any one in that office make me feel pressured or that I was taking up too much of their time. If you are apprehensive on this practice or even on virtual visits please take my advise and use this office for your next eye appointment!! As for myeyedr, you guys are the best and I will continue to keep you guys, (ladies) as my new eye doctors office!! I'd give yall ten stars if I could! Alicia , again, thank you again for your patience in helping me pick out new glasses!

My grandson has Medicaid & that covers the exam. He was given the "remote" exam. Which means the exam is done online. His mother was NOT given a choice, this was just done. Medicaid does NOT cover that type of exam so it had to be paid that day. $149. Cash or Credit. It was explained to me by the front staff that she should have asked for the exam that is covered. I do not recommend this place to anyone at all.

First time going, but I will definitely be back. Such a great experience even with the virtual exam. Michelle and Alicia helped me throughout my appointment and they were awesome!

Cody was amazing! He helped me feel comfortable with a bigger style of glasses, fixed my old ones so that I could last until my new ones came in, and stayed within budget.

I've been a loyal customer for almost 7 years, but I'm done with this place. Their online system is a nightmare -- you can't use your existing prescription to order lenses unless you buy directly from them. If you want a printed copy of your prescription or access to it online, good luck! Their platform is designed to force you to purchase through them, even though they're already billing my insurance. On top of that, their prices are ridiculously inflated, so you end up paying out of pocket no matter what. This site is not worth it anymore; there are plenty of better options out there. Very disappointing experience.
