I have really appreciated my visits to Commonwealth Eye Care Associates. My Doctor is amazing. He is funny, energetic and very knowledgeable about my eyes and the treatment needed. The eye team is amazing and very friendly. I did not have to wait long for my appointment. My only complaint was trying to reschedule my appointment. No one answers the phone so you have to leave a message. I left two voice messages and sent an email and finally when there were just a few days before my appointment someone called me to reschedule. Extremely frustrating. The only reason I didn't not give five stars.

This was my first time there and I really wasn't sure why. The technician who took me back was very thorough. She explained everything as she was doing it which was extremely helpful. They were very busy and I could hear the doctor as he stopped to go into each room; he was so nice and personable each time (of course, once the door was shut, nothing is heard). He also explained everything plus the why. I felt very comfortable about everything when I left. Would definitely recommend them to others.

There was no waiting. I was seen at my appointment time. The initial testing was very professional with explanations for each test. After the tests, Dr. Michael saw me. He was as kind a person as I have met. He seems genuinely concerned with helping you. He explained all the options and listened to what I wanted to accomplish. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was completely happy with his "bedside manner", his knowledge and his caring attitude. He came highly recommended by my regular optometrist and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend him and this practice to everyone.

The best of care was provided. My eyes were examined for cloudy lenses occurring after cataract surgery. Then Dr Michael used laser to remove the cloudiness. Thank you so much Dr Michael. The beautiful colorful world has returned to my eyes.
