Eyemart Express

This was my second time using this store and both experiences were 5*. I wanted 2 pairs of glasses and I was immediately helped by Sara. She took the time to find out what I wanted and then offered options. I found exactly what I was looking for and ended up adding on a pair of sunglasses with a coupon she gave me. My glasses were ready when promised and were perfect! Great service. Fair pricing and quick turnaround! I definitely recommend trying out this store when your need arises!

Called twice to ensure what time I needed to be there to have same day lenses done just in case the store got busy or something. Made sure I got there at least an hour prior to that time. Store closed at 5pm. I came back to store at 4 and waited an hour. Saw a gentlemen who was there picking up his glasses that was there when I came in and I was done before him getting measured. Got a text at 4:55 that glasses were ready. Then retail associate came out at 4:58 and said glasses were not ready because one lense did not come out correctly and they would not be ready until tomorrow. They could either ship them to me since I lived an hour away or I could come back and pick them up. I chose to come back the next day since I did not trust them regarding completing the lenses correctly or trust that they updated my address correctly to ship to the right location. I came back the next day after being notified the glasses were done again and the bifocal height from left to right was significantly different when I arrived. They then said it would take another hour to fix the lenses. Bottom line, never go here as customer service, attention to detail, and quality control is terrible. Hopefully, I can upload the pictures here as they are quite rediculous that an optical shop would make bifocals like this and give to a customer. Needless, to say I had them take out the lenses, back out my insurance, refund my copay, and I will never return.

I had the most amazing eye exam ever. The technician was very thorough,professional and welcoming. Everyone had excellent customer service and knowledge. Ms. Sara was extremely helpful when I selecting my frames. I would recommend my family and friends here anytime.

The whole process was flawless from the eye exam right beside Eyemart Express to getting my new glasses (with free pair included) . They told me two weeks before my glasses would be ready (progressive isn't in-house) and they were ready in just a week. LOVE THEM

I had an eye exam here and it was quick and easy. I then had some photo chromatic lenses put in frames I already had. The lenses are really low quality, covered in scratches even though they have the scratch resistant coating. I went here because it's supposed to be quick turn around, but I waited 2 weeks, and the lenses aren't nearly as good as the last pair I purchased somewhere else. $300 for lenses that are so easily scratched is ridiculous. I'll go somewhere else next time and get actual Transitions lenses. 2 stars because the eye exam was good

I was so close to giving this EyeMart location a one-star review, but the manager swooped in and saved the day! I've been coming here because it's super convenient and my insurance likes them, plus the turnaround time on new glasses is lightning-fast. Trying to use up my eye benefits before the year ended, I walked in ready to get things done--only to be greeted by the slowest, most mumble-y rep on the planet. This poor soul looked like she'd rather be anywhere else and talked as if she had marbles in her mouth. She was circling around, socializing way more than helping me, and dragging my visit out like it was a Netflix special. When I mentioned I'd been there just a month ago and that my insurance covers more frames than lenses, she pointed me toward what I thought were the only brand-name frames in the store. After I teased her about their buyer's questionable taste, she laughed in agreement and finally revealed a secret stash of "high-end" frames--most of which looked like something from a rejected sci-fi prop sale--but hey, I found a pair I loved (shock!). Things almost went south when she botched my order entry, turning what should have been a full insurance-covered purchase into a "$10 donation." I was ready to walk out and let her lunch fund fly solo, but thank goodness the manager checked my order, cleared up the mess, and got me out of there with new specs and a smile. No one could explain exactly what happened behind the scenes, but the manager's service made all the difference. Moral of the story? If something smells fishy, just ask the manager--they'll turn your day around!

I was in desperate help when I lost my eyeglasses on vacation & had no time between work to get to my eye doctor! So I got my eye examined & headed to Eyemart! They were there to help me! 1 day service I was so happy! The staff was so nice & helpful! 49 minutes later I had my glasses done! Thanks to Eyemart Espress I can see to drive again! I drive for a living so I needed my glasses! The lab technician that made my glasses she was the sweetest thing! Thanks for all you do! Thanks Linda Hall

Such poor service. I get it's a busy time, but I patiently waited over 2 hours to get my glasses, then the system couldn't make my insurance work, so I couldn't get it that day, finally come back for pickup and I have to wait another 2 hours while they help other customers. Terrible customer service. When I was in there waiting for hours they helped the customers for pickup before me. Just wrong.
