After going back and forth to an ophthalmologist at their Reynolds location, I was finally sent here. Dr. Langelier was great. Based upon my file and what she saw, she was able to tell me immediately what needed to be done. Her bedside manner is great. She explained everything to me prior to her examining me. She drew photos showing me exactly where my issue was occurring. I was pleased with her services and highly recommend her. I just wish they had told me to come here three visits ago.

I had a skincare consultation with Zach, and I couldn't be more impressed. As someone with very little knowledge about daily skincare, I really appreciated how kind, patient, and thorough he was. He took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense and tailored the consultation to my skin's specific needs. Highly recommend Zach!

I went to VEI for the HALO treatment with PDGF. Zachary Pipkin did my treatment for me and I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience! You can tell Zach really has a passion for what he does and he was so knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. The areas that I had treated were my face and neck. Zach made sure I was very well numbed prior to the procedure and can relay that there was 0 pain at all. The entire process was enjoyable and streamlined. As to be expected I was a little swollen and red immediately after the procedure, but I was not uncomfortable at all. Felt like a mild sunburn. I was probably fully healed at a little less than a week, so thank you Zach for recommending the PDGF! I truly can't say enough good things about my experience, the office, and the employees. Everyone was kind and professional and once again Zach went above and beyond! As far as results go, AMAZING! Improved texture, improved age spots, improved fine lines, and a huge improvement to my under eye area. 10/10 recommend!

As someone who was very new to all things plastic surgery or cosmetic procedures, I was definitely apprehensive to schedule an appointment, let alone, undergo a procedure. I had a HALO/BBL laser and can honestly say that I made the right choice and that all my research on what practice to go to paid off. Dr. Langelier and her nurse, Leisha, are incredibly sweet, approachable, funny, but most importantly, know what the hell they are doing. This is NOT an office that is a money-grabbing practice that will try to sell you things you don't need, nor do they make any false promises. They are realistic, pay attention to what your goals are, and you are included in the treatment plan. I am a little upset though because now I am addicted to their service and the results that I have so I guess they have a lifelong patient in me but hey, my face is going to be well taken care of from here on out :) I also have darker skin (Fitz 4) and they are more than capable of handling clients with my skin type. Do yourself a favor, stop being on the fence, book the appointment, and start your skincare and self-love journey like I did. I promise you won't regret it.

I could not be more pleased with the excellent services received from Dr. Langelier and her wonderful team. When I first consulted with her about my eyes and face, she offered a comprehensive yet conservative approach. She laid out the steps to be taken and the proposed timeline. I was also impressed with the surgical team. She personally called me at home the evening after my surgery. Her personal touch is most impressive. Highly recommend!

I suffer from major anxiety regarding medical issues. But not this time! The staff and Dr Langelier are absolutely awesome! Every effort was made to ensure I was knowledgeable and comfortable with the entire process. My questions within an appropriate time frame, all without making me feel foolish. Dr Langelier showed she truly cares! All in all, an awesome experience!

Dr. Langelier and her team were amazing. Not only are they skilled at what they do, they are great communicators. I was shocked when Dr. Langelier called after the surgery to see how things were going. We rarely see that follow up in today's fast paced world.

We went in today so my husband Vinnie can meet and have a consult with Dr Bearden. The staff was wonderful ! Dr Bearden was so helpful.Vinnie worked with Tammy ( the surgical coordinator ) and made an appointment for his surgery. I would definitely recommend Dr Bearden and his team.... They definitely know how to help with reconstructive eyelid surgery!!
