Excellent experience for my cataract surgery consult. My doctor took the time to explain my options in detail and made recommendations based on my specific history, not just a one-size-fits-all approach. I really appreciated his honesty and focus on long-term results over unnecessary upgrades. I will update after my surgery which has not been scheduled yet but moving forward I feel well-informed and confident in the plan we put together as a team.

I wish I could give it zero Stars if I could I had an Appointment with them on the 19th of this Month and I was on my way to the location I missed the turn and I gave them call and told me I would running a few minutes behind and the Girl Pamela was not friendly at all she literally said on the Phone how long will you be no its ok ma'am or will see you when we get here or anything just plain rude and when I get there I apologize for being late the girl with the Grey white hair goes what's your last name I told her who I was and got an attitude and said Do you even have an appointment today instead of her saying what time was your appointment or in a nicer tone she was not friendly either and I went to the other side of the building and I had a guy that called me by my last name didnt ask how I was doing or nothing rude too didnt like his attitude and the only one that was professional was Vivian she so nice and very welcoming and I told her everything that happen in my experience!! And I will not be returning to a place that doesn't feel welcoming or can't even prescribe medication to a person with migraine stay away from this place!!!!

Dr. Iuorno performed my cataract surgery. Everything went splendidly! Michael the Nurse Anesthethetist and Dr. Amato (anesthesiologist) were both funny and calmed my nerves before I was rolled back. The follow up appointment with Brianna Easton was great. She is very upbeat and kind. Thank you for a great all-around experience!

Had an eye emergency and dr hobbs came in on a Saturday to help me with my eye issues. Both locations are so great. My original eye doctor goldsman is also amazing at what he does. They are quick to get me in every time I have an issue. Will always be back with any eye issues I have.

I have been a regular patient with the same doctor at this practice for years. My prescription expired, and the office would not send the prescription without me scheduling an appointment because they said my insurance would not allow the doctor to write a prescription without seeing me. As a result, I was without my prescription for over two weeks. When I went to the appointment, I found that my regular doctor was not there. The doctor who saw me said he sent the prescription to the pharmacy. I checked with his assistant, and she said the prescription was sent. I then went to the pharmacy and waited close to two hours, only to be told by the pharmacist that only one prescription, which I did not need, had been sent.

Dr. Munro and his assistant were phenomenal. I was seen earlier than my scheduled appointment time and was surprised my procedure could be completed the same day, saving me an extra 3 hour round-trip visit. Wonderful experience and will recommend to friends/family needing eye care.

The person at front desk was very unfriendly to me checking in and even more checking out. I felt like a piece of meat on an assembly line except for one technician who was very nice. I decided I'm never coming back and cancelled my next appointment.

My previous dr offered a referral to Dr Young, who initially called me and was nice assured me he could take care of me. Then he spoke to my other doctor and called back to renege and act cruel, obviously it was some kind of bizarre exchange between doctors that I could never have prepared for. As a result Dr Youngs unethical collusion caused me to lose eye care for a chronic sight threatening condition .
