Dr. Flowers and her team were amazing. She was able to get me in pretty quickly after requesting an appointment, and everyone from reception was very professional. Dr. Flowers was able to put my anxiety aside and performed the procedure i needed quickly and painlessly. I really appreciate this team, 5/5 stars.

I've visited Dr. Flowers and her team to evaluate the nature of my cataract development. The process was conducted promptly and efficiently. I received a clear evaluation with path forward options. I particularly appreciate the fact that there was no "hard sell" for the cataract removal/replacement surgery. I plan to continue visiting CECA periodically until such time as Dr. Flowers and I conclude that corrective surgery is the best option going forward.

Everything was precise and well explained. I am unhappy not wearing my contacts for 2 weeks, but I understand. Amanda and Dr. Flowers were top notch. I am nervous about the surgery, but I feel well prepared.

Tami Flowers is the one of the best doctors I've met ! She is competent and pleasant as a Doctor. First met her over 10 years ago out on Patterson Ave. If you want the best care & results for your eyes this is the Doc for You !

Dr. Flowers went the extra mile for me. I was in a situation that needed immediate attention, and it was Friday afternoon. She escalated my need to a retina specialist, only to find out I would have to wait until at least Monday to get an appointment. She then escalated it again to a different retina specialist, and I was able to see the specialist after-hours on Friday, to be scheduled for surgery Saturday morning, and to be seen Sunday morning for a post-operative review! I don't know how many phone calls and how much time and attention it took for Dr. Flowers to get me the care I needed, but I am so grateful that she did.

I was very hesitant to have cataract surgery. Dr. Flowers was so patient and understanding in her care for me pre and post op.She was very reassuring and answered every question I needed to ask. Dr. Flowers released me to my optometrist's care following surgery.Because I felt the optometrist was unfamiliar with the post op care, Dr Flowers continued to see me through complete recovery.

Facility is nice, staff is nice, scheduling is horrendous. Brought wife here twice, and twice we experienced wait times that were unacceptable. First experience was 8am appointment, we even arrived early for the appointment, but 35 minutes later we learn her doctor was in a meeting! They weren't even going to tell us to expect a delay, we had to ask why it was taking so long. This shows that they over book as standard practice. Maybe trying to get to as many patients as they can is considerate in their minds, but it reflects very poor management. This is more a practice that you'd expect from a corporate bought business that cares not about their patients and more about their profit margins. It could be understood if it was a isolated incident, but to have it occur on more than one occasion is what drove me to write this dissatisfied review.

The visit was nice , initially when the eye test were being done , I ask the young man to talk to my mom that she can hear him. Not to tell me what to tell her. So after that it was better with him . The dr was very nice , my mom asked what the dr name was. The front desk person and the scheduler was fantastic.
