Dr. Callahan has treated several special eye issues for me over the past two decades. From a genetic cornea-repair issue to more recently a nagging ongoing conjunctivitis episode. She takes time with her patients, patiently answers questions, and provides excellent, effective care. Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. As a result, going forward I plan on dedicating my optometry eyeglass exams to Dr. Callahan, as I trust her diagnosis and care.

I found Dr Callahan via insurance docfind and she has met my medical needs. Her office appointment times are closely adhered to and her staff are professional and friendly The Doctor explains things as she performs the various exams and actively answers questions and any follow ups. Doctor Callahan is a doctor easily given the highest rating.

The Dr worked with me for 3 years up to the point where cataract surgery was required. 2 Surgeries were booked for January. I had to cancel because of possible Covid. I was told to return to resume the path to surgery.When I got to the office I filled a form out. I was told by the receptionist that Medicare would not pay because of answers on my form. If I had been judged ready for surgery with dates and location in January what had changed>?The form I filled out was not official. Strange. The Dr did not have the courtesy to explain why or how my status had changed.Very suspicious.Perhaps a polite person with an English Accent is not liked.

I had cataract surgery with Dr. Callahan and it was great. She was very friendly before the procedure, answered all my questions, and I had no pain or discomfort afterwards. I moved outside the range of her practice, and when I had a question she responded via email which was nice.

Highly recommend. Had an outstanding experience with cataract surgery. Of the 3 surgeons I interviewed before surgery, she was the only one to fully provide the education I needed to make important decisions. Surgical process organized, efficient, and had great results.

Dr. Callahan was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Unlike some other doctors' offices I've been to in the past, she listened to me and took the time to explain things clearly and to answer my questions. It was refreshing. I also made an appointment for my son, and she helped him too. The staff was also very friendly and nice.

Dr Callaghan is very knowledgeable and dedicated to her profession and her patients. She answered all my questions and explained everything in terms that were easily understood. Her staff are pleasant and very helpful, as I called many times with questions and they were very patient with me.

Disorganized and unprofessional. Dr Callahan gave me a pair of trial lenses I tried for a week but they weren't quite right. So she gave me a second pair of trial lens for a week that worked great. But then the prescription sheet she gave me was for the first pair! I didn't notice until I went to buy lenses online. When I returned to her office to get the error corrected, she didn't have a record of giving me the second pair. When I insisted on the prescription being for the 2nd pair, she just defended herself saying she had been patient with me enough and that I would have to "go see someone else", meaning don't come back. I was in disbelief!
