Dr. Kang is great, and listens and examines thoroughly, I would gladly go only for him. He is professional and kind. The staff is not too great, no one really greets you warmly at the front desk-and if you're working that kind of job, social skills are essential. They lacked basic customer service skills and etiquette. Some of the technicians in the back are loud and having conversations that do not pertain to work and blocking the hallways constantly. It comes across as unprofessional. It seems there is no training provided or they are not doing a good job of hiring the right people.

I have had a wonderful experience at Dulles Eye. I recently had eye surgery and this place did a great job of attending to my needs. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The technicians were efficient. There equipment was up to date. All of my questions were answered. Checking out and understanding the payment plan was also done clearly and explained well. I would like to share feedback regarding our visit to the clinic on Tuesday with Dr. Najafi. During the appointment, when I asked about my son's prescription details after the vision dilation test, the doctor responded by saying, "Are you a doctor to understand these numbers?" This response felt dismissive and left me feeling uncomfortable. As a parent, I am familiar with my son's vision needs, and I believe that respectful and clear communication is essential in a healthcare setting. Additionally, I hope the clinic continues to be mindful and respectful of the diverse cultural backgrounds of all patients, ensuring that everyone is treated with dignity and respect. I would also like to note that the lady at the front desk was very professional, kind, and welcoming. Her attitude made a positive impression and is greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback.

We got there early, but we're taken. In to see our doctor within minutes. The women at the reception desk were polite, helpful and very kind. The technition was very kind and patient, when my husband who has Parkinson's Disease that prevented his ability to comply, with some of the tests the doctor orderred. The 3 doctors I have seen at Dulles Eye Center in Lansdowne, Va, Dr Simon, Dr Nasrullah and Dr Hajavi. were exceptional in providing patient care As a retired nirse of 40 years you should trust your eyes to the staff at Lansdowne Dulles Eye Center.

It would have been 5 stars. Dr Dar was courteous and took time to explain what needed explaining. The assistants were find too. There were 3 ppl at the reception when I arrived. Not one of them took time out to greet me, smile or even look towards me. Its not a formality. Its more. Basic courtesy should be an integral part of anyone working in a doctor's office. Kindly explain to them the necessity and importance of greeting ppl. It doesn't take much but its essential. Thx,
