Dr. Elbash and team are wonderful. I love that I can call and talk to a human right away - no robot garbage. They are always very courteous, helpful, and friendly on the phone and via email. Top notch staff. Sometimes there are long waits at the office, but I see this as a good thing because if I find myself really concerned about an eye issue, I've never had a problem getting seen quickly. Thank you so much, all!

I had an exceptional experience at my recent ophthalmology appointment. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The office was clean and well-organized, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Elbash was kind, thorough and attentive, taking the time to explain every step of the exam and answer all of my questions in detail. He made sure I felt at ease and fully informed about my eye health. I also appreciated the state-of-the-art equipment, which made the process efficient and reassuring. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking top-notch eye care!

Everything is excellent here. Just a couple things to note: This is an Ophthalmology not an Optometrist so they accept only medical insurance and vision insurance is not accepted. The waiting time is normally long so be prepared to wait for half an hour to an hour and thirty minutes for your turn after you check in, depending on the number of customers they serve on that specific day.

Great doctor and staff, friendly and conscientious. The only reason that I didn't give him five stars is that his office doesn't offer guest WiFi and my Verizon connection there is very slow. It may seem a small thing, but my wait time is often around a half an hour and I have to sit in his waiting room a second time while my pupils dilate. My slow cell phone connection is a bit frustrating. However, he and is staff are so excellent that I will continue to put up with this minor inconvenience.

Doctor Elbash is an excellent doctor!!!Always makes time for an emergency visit.

I was sent here after finding out my son (7 year old) had a piece of metal in his eye. This doctor seemed very kind at first but when it came time for my son to have the metal removed after numbing drops were put in, he became impatient/aggravated and nasty. I have a SEVEN year old. Of course he's going to be nervous about a needle by his eye! Anywho- he then sent us to Inova Fairfax to have it removed. When the ER doctor called his office the first response was "he's out to lunch". The second response when he finally called back was " No, I'm not removing it. That's why I sent him there". No one would touch my son including the man who sent him. So, maybe he's a good doctor for an adult but as for children? I say stear clear.

Amazing Dr! Extremely kind and patient! Made me feel like he actually cares and is paying attention! Amazing, kind staff as well! They squeezed me in last minute when I had a severe eye injury and he fully monitored my recovery every step of the way!

Dr. Elbash saw my 16mo son at 5pm on a Friday, with no advanced notice after he scratched his cornea. The number of emergency appointments in the office that he was willing to stay late and help was a testimate to his kindness. He was caring and gentle with my baby as he had to insert a contact lense bandage that was less than easy to do and reassured me every step of the way. He even came in the office special on Saturday afternoon to remove the lense after my son's eye had healed. He is extraordinary and I would highly recommend.
