"Eye Can See Clearly Now!" It was love at first sight. When I walked in, I was greeted with a sense of care and consideration that I had not experienced at any other eyeglass retailer in my life. It was time to retire the old focals, and I did not have any idea what I really wanted, but I did have a "blurred vision" for something better, and that is exactly what I received. A new set of frames and lenses with all of the fixings, the pricing and breakdown of what I received was thoughtful and unfussy. The staff here and management do a fantastic job. Asiel and Lauren are at the top of their game, and I would highly recommend this location for all of your eyewear needs. My final rating, you may wonder? It's not just a 10/10. These folks had me feeling, and seeing - 20/20. Get in here and see clearly, now!

Had old frames fitted with new premium photochromatic, top model Varilux progressives lenses. Successfully worked with Si to put all the pieces together to make the best decisions towards an excellent result. Dr. Badiee provided a superb exam and prescription. I am 100% satisfied and will be a return customer.

Very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. Customer service was nonexistent, and I was treated with complete disrespect. I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this location.

I have been visiting MyEyedr since 2022 but on October of 2025 when I went to this location the nurse checked my eyes and said do you want to do retinal imaging it is good the doctor can look back of your eyes and will cost you $39 I said yes. When the doctor examined my eyes he prescribed me multi focal glasses. When I came to the front desk a lady said your insurance cover only single vision either distance or reading I said I want multi focal glasses she said you have only $100 for the frame and you need pay $150 if you want multi focal I told her no it's too much just do single vision she okay. Then said pay $ 39 I paid then came home . After few days I received they sent bill to my insurance and one bill to me. Then I took both bills to them and said sorry there were som glitch in the system and gave me $30 and said pay this to that bill and the rest $ 9 is your copy. I said if there were glitch in the systems why you billed my insurance and me again. They are just scamming. The glasses they gave me are useless they are only for distance. Then I ordered the same multi focal glasses instead of $75

I love the shop at the Potomac station in Leesburg. Jessica is the sweetest and has helped me find the best glasses the past few years in a row. My only complaint is I wish I could bring my whole family (small children) to this site.

I had a great experience visiting MyEyeDr. The doctor took her time in double checking my prescription to make sure I was able to see the clearest possible. She was very clear and explained everything in an easy to understand way. Si took great care in making sure that I felt comfortable in choosing my new glasses- even going above and beyond to make sure I saw all the color options available in the frames I chose. He was very patient and organized and I'd be happy to return to this location again.

I had a great experience at MyeyeDr. The eye exam was thorough and professional, and I really appreciated the time and care taken to explain everything to me. A special shoutout to Si, who went above and beyond to help me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. He was personable, patient, and knowledgeable, and also helped me price match my contact lens order and walked me through getting a rebate. Truly a pleasure to work with--Si made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
