I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Tofigh. I had a laceration in my eye and needed to see an eye doctor the same day. I found her on Google and saw she had great reviews, so I called her office about 30 minutes before closing and explained my situation. They were incredibly kind and told me to come in right away -- I was seen within 10 minutes. Dr. Tofigh is truly the best. She is so kind, genuinely caring, extremely thorough, and has the most amazing bedside manner. She immediately took care of me and made me feel completely at ease during a very scary situation. I had to see her consistently for two weeks, and she was absolutely wonderful every single visit. She even came in on her day off just to see me because my eye injury was so serious -- that level of dedication is rare and meant so much to me. Thanks to her care, my eye is now fully healed, and I feel incredibly lucky to have found such an amazing doctor. I've officially found my new eye doctor for life. I highly recommend Dr. Tofigh to anyone looking for a compassionate, skilled, and truly exceptional eye doctor.

I had a really good experience with Dr. Tofigh. The office is in a convenient location, and I was able to get in quickly for an eye and contact lens exam. I liked that dilation wasn't needed because they use imaging instead. Dr. Tofigh was friendly and professional and recommended a different contact lens brand to help with dryness. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. I was also able to get a same-day Saturday appointment for an eye infection, which was a huge plus. I received a prescription along with thoughtful recommendations for self-care and nutrition.

Outstanding experience at New Vision Family Eye Clinic. With over 190 5-star Google and Yelp ratings in support of consistent reviews, New Vision Family Eye Clinic was highly recommended by the public. And now, from my own experience, will attest to the recommendations and would recommend to friends/family/acquaintances to patronize this outstanding small business establishment. The young woman (apologies, her name escapes me at the moment) who manned the phones while juggling patients, was professional, polite, personable, organized and knowledgeable. Prior to the appointment, insurance was confirmed and the appointment was made in a very timely manner AND without the automated push 1, 2, 3 ... telephony systems that can be frustrating and irritating (not having a line to a 'real person'). Dr. Tofigh - without restating the above for her staff as it is applicable to her - is very impressive. She had walked me through the entire process of the examination as well as the results of an optional test (for those who have become mature with the years). All questions were answered and the examination was detailed and exhaustive. Notably, I had checked my records after seeing Dr. Tofigh and realized it had been a decade since my last eye exam. That exam as well as previous exams have never been so detailed - greatly appreciated. Dr. Tofigh's bedside manner was incredibly genuine as it is rare that one experiences a pleasant visit to any doctor these days. A doctor who takes time to listen and be of help is one who builds a lifelong list of patients. Ending my appointment, I had decided to purchase frames at New Vision Family Eye --- great selection (high-end, at least for me) --- and did not feel pressured at all by Dr. Tofigh's staff who helped me select two pair (progressive: glasses and sunglasses). The frames were certainly costly and had even sent a follow-up email inquiring pricing differentiation from other online or big box stores. Dr. Tofigh's reply was responsive and provided a detailed explanation without an iota indignance towards me nor my inquiry, which certainly supported the choices I had made. Staff (I feel very badly that I cannot recall the young woman's name at this moment) followed up with information via email that during my appointment was promised. My prescriptions arrived in 16 days (estimate was 2-3 weeks). It will take me a minute to get used to the progressive lenses as they are new to my eyes. However, I have all confidence this was an all around good choice for me with the knowledge provided by Dr. Tofigh and her staff. Parking is available - didn't have any issues. Storefront is clean, well organized, and well lit without the blaring fluorescent-esque store lights. Dr. Tofigh's examine room is also very clean and organized. The measures to wipe down equipment is important and was glad to see steps were taking to ensure cleanliness and hygiene. Please do consider New Vision Family Eye Clinic for your vision needs.

This was my first time at New Vision, as my previous eye doctor abruptly closed this summer. I called earlier in the week and was able to get an appointment in the same week. Dr. Tofigh and her staff were friendly, professional, and punctual. I was in and out within 30 minutes but it never felt rushed. I didn't have time to look for new glasses so I asked them to send my prescriptions over to me to review. I received that within an hour. I would definitely recommend New Vision!

Excellent service. Went there today for my annual checkup. I wanted to stay within my insurance budget and they did not push me at all to upsell. Very knowledgeable Doctor who paid attention to my questions and did not try to rush, even though there were others waiting. I would definitely recommend for anyone and their family.

I needed a new optometrist because my suddenly closed. I am so happy I found Dr. Tofigh - I was able to be seen the same day, and she was thorough, kind, and genuine. The support staff member was very friendly and knowledgeable about the ordering process for my contacts. I highly recommend this office!
