I had an appointment, I received a message 24 hours in advance of appointment confirming my appointment was set. I arrived 20 minutes early. I go to desk to check in and they say since I did not call and confirm appointment my appointment was canceled. In today world of automated messages confirm appointment s why would you tell someone yea those message are generated from our system and we don't go by it. But yet you make your appointment on line and your asked to change or cancel

We're longtime patients/customers at Dr. Fure's optical practice. At my latest annual visit (this week), I was extremely impressed by the desk staff's eager competence and welcoming manner. Dr. Fure's exam was efficient and decisive, but not at all impersonal. She kept up an informative and pleasant commentary on my eyes' condition and answered a question I had in a very helpful way. For no good reason, a couple of years ago I went to a competing practice nearby ... was kept waiting alone in the exam room for more than a half hour and the doctor was remote in manner. Dr. Helen Fure's Lex Eye Care is the best!
