Route 20/20 Vision Center

I have been going here for a few years now and am consistently impressed with my experience at Route 20/20. Dr. K is friendly, efficient, and very good at what she does. She also keeps up to date with the latest equipment and technology. John (the office manager) goes above and beyond to help (even adjusting glasses that I didn't purchase there). I highly recommend them!

Don't go here if you don't want to be preached at. People should keep business and religious views separate. Why make your customers feel uncomfortable.

My first appointment here and it was a great experience. Dr. Katherine A Klopfer is thorough, experienced and genuine. She explained how the new equipment worked. She made recommendations specific to the size lenses that would be helpful for me. I will definitely return.

Dr. K was amazing, she was kind and understanding. She educated me on things about my eyes. Her brother was so sweet and he did my glasses perfectly. It's cool to see again, my dog ate all my old glasses beyond repair so it was fun buying new ones. The selection of glasses is probably the hardest thing for me. I know what I like and they had tons of glasses just not my style. I didn't care though, I found some and I love them. You will not be disappointed. It's how a small town doctor should be, she's great

Will not go here again. The Dr is wonderful and sweet, however no matter how many times you call they will not answer. If you have a 9-5 job, obviously you can't answer when they call you back because you're working, right? So leaving them a message won't work. Common sense. You call when ever you have a minute. But I showed up in person, and the guy got an attitude with me like it was my fault I couldn't get through to schedule an appointment. And would not even attempt to schedule an appointment for me. Would not even tell me the next available date. He was extremely rude and would barely let me talk, treated me like I was a problem. My dad had bad experiences trying to schedule an appointment as well.
