Dr. Moss and his team were very kind, attentive and thorough in evaluating my dry eye symptoms. Dr. Moss reassured me my current medications were adequate, but suggested duct plugs to facilitate the moisturization of both eyes.
With little discomfort, the plugs were placed in less than 10 minutes. I was able to drive home. Within two hours of my visit, my eyes no longer itch and I am amazed by the results.
