I have been going to the Lynchburg store for at least 5 or more years now. They always are prompt and take care of me as soon as I open the front door . Th service is awesome and the Dr is always professional and gives details and answers questions .

I went in June to get a pair of glasses. The glasses were uncomfortable from the start. I kept going back. I couldn't see well out of them and they were just uncomfortable. The tech kept making adjustments and told me to come back. At first I was told I had 6 months to try it out. I could never see out of them without leaving me with a headache after about an hour. After about a month of discomfort, they decided I needed to be seen by their doctor. I was barely in the chair 5 minutes and he changed my prescription entirely. A different Tech then insisted I spend another $400 on a new pair of glasses and wouldn't let me use previous frames (not these, the good ones from Walmart). I called, stopped by and left many messages to speak with the office manager - who took 'lunch breaks' at various times. I called the Roanoke store, who was far more helpful than anyone on Timberlake Rd. That lady told that I only had 60 days for any kind of refund. I wasted $300 on glasses & frames that I cannot wear. Don't waste your time dealing with them. They don't return phone calls only seem to care about making money and now what the customer needs.

I've never had such a good experience at an optometrist. I was called back for evaluation within 2 minutes of arriving, immediately taken back to see the doctor, and then immediately directed to a specialist who explained what my insurance would cover in a way that I could understand. She answered my questions about the different treatments for the lenses and was even able to recommend frames that I would like based on the kind I was wearing. Everyone from the receptionist to the tech to the doctor to the specialist was super friendly and I was in and out in under half the time I spent at my previous provider.

The Lynchburg location was absolutely phenomenal. Everyone, from reception to the lady helping me with lenses at the end, was friendly and professional. They made me feel at ease and talked me through everything. I was in and out in about 45 minutes.

Got my daughters glasses from here. The wait wasn't long to get them ordered but to receive them it took a little time. I was told I would receive a text in 2 weeks. I waited 3 before I had to call the office myself. Other than that the staff is friendly and very helpful

I needed to change providers due to an insurance change. Fortunately, they were listed as a provider for my new insurance. I was able to make an appointment online and got in quickly. Filling out all the paperwork online prior to my appointment made the visit more pleasant. Service was good and efficient. They handled my insurance without question and even made sure I got a rebate for my contact order. I am comfortable with this office.

First time going back 12 years was very helpful took the time to pay attention to what I was saying

I am extremely impressed with this location!! The customer service was the best I have ever had. I typically have such a bad experience with eye doctors and staff.. this location was exceptional to say the least. The staff was welcoming and professional. Doctor Myers walked me through everything he was testing and was kind and personable. 10/10
