Like to start off by saying Cheyenne was very polite, courteous and kind. She was very knowledgeable she told me everything she was doing and answered all my questions. After she was done with her exceptionally well done job she went to go get my eye Dr Thomas Rozelle which also he was amazingly very detailed and went the extra mile explaining everything about the eye the good and the bad. I learned alot from him very nice man. Made me very comfortable with getting my eyes examined. After he was done i went on to look at glasses, and the nicest lady Shelly came to the rescue because i was having the hardest of time choosing the right pair of glasses. she was also very knowledgeable about the frames and lenses. She helped me pick out my glasses and helped me with what kind of lens and how to take care of them while getting me the best deal on the frames and lenses. I hope to have these guys on my next visit. First time going to MyEyeDr and I would have to say they have a patient for life. If I could give 10 stars I would. Nothing bad to say about my first time visit their. Was in and out in about 1 and a half hours of course me looking for the right glasses took a little bit . Thank you to the crew I mentioned above for making my first time experience to MyEyeDr exceptionally pleasant.

I had a great experience at MyEyeDr. My eye exam was completed quickly, but it never felt rushed. Dr. Rozelle was very thorough and took the time to make sure everything was just right. The process was smooth from start to finish, and I ended up purchasing two pairs of glasses right there in the office. The pricing was very reasonable, and the staff was helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a fast, efficient, and high-quality eye exam. (In the door to out the door about 1 hr and 15 mins)

I have been dealing with MyEyeDr for about 1.5 yrs. My regular Eye Doctor for many years, closed his business, merged with MyEyeDr and brought along my records into the system. He was a good Dr, but didn't take my insurance like MyEyeDr do now. Courtney at MyEyeDr-Timberlake in Lynchburg have taken outstanding care of me since I come abroad. I have gotten two pair of glasses from her (regular and sunglasses) and she and MyEyeDr is great. You need to give Courtney a raise.

Wonderful first time visit. Online booking was easy. Completed check-in online. Things were ready when I arrived and I was taken back within a couple of mins. The exam was swift and comfortable. Each person I worked with was excellent. I didn't get the first lady's name; but she, Dr Ayers and Maddie made my visit beyond comfortable and pleasant. Thank you

Great place! From check in to check out I was pleased. I was impressed by the fact that they had to squeeze in an entire family who drove an hour and a half for their appointment with a different location but that doctor was sick and didn't come in, so they made it happen as a team for that family and my wait still was not bad at all. I can't say enough good things about Shelly who helped me with my glasses and pricing! Great personality and knowledgeable!

I had a wonderful visit with Dr. Rozelle. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful, and they got me in and out in a very timely manner. This was my first examination in over 15 years, and the process was so smooth and seamless. Shelly helped me to get fitted up with some lenses, and made the checkout process a breeze! Everyone was so knowledgeable and well spoken. Definitely a great visit!

My husband and I saw Drs. Rozelle and Ayers for our first annual eye exams at this MyEyeDr location, and we were both very impressed with the office's organization, staff's friendliness, and overall quality of care. We were seen right on time without having to wait at all. The techs were knowledgeable and thorough, and the doctors were clearly experts in this field. Though we both have minor oddities when it comes to our vision, we were understood and respected. Everyone took their time to ensure we received the best care. When ordering my annual supply of contact lenses, Shelly was a star. She was nice and helpful--exactly what you would want. We look forward to coming back next year.

Amazing customer service from Ms. Shelly and Robbie. My daughter suffers from anxiety and Ms. Shelly was very patient and sweet with her while she was looking for a pair of new glasses. They were able to help her find the perfect pair and also do something sweet for her in the process. We will be forever grateful!!! Thank you!
