My elderly mother came in for an appointment. The receptionist was very rude to her and yes she's slow getting around but again she's elderly. Then she gets in the chair and Dr. Burnop was hateful to her telling her to sit still she was all over the place. She tried to tell him she was unaware of moving. She will never be back and this was uncalled for.

Dr. Burnop is the best eye doc around! He is very thorough and takes the time to answer questions. I am from out of town, but I travel back to Marion to see Dr. Burnop for my eyecare because he is the only one I trust!

I scratched my eye and Dr. Burnap couldn't fit me in, so be prepared to go to a different doctor for emergencies. Also, he wouldn't even give me any medical advice for signs to watch for. Will be looking for another eye doctor.

Quick service, polite and nice frames. Yearly visit is nearly hassle free. I'e been back several times and gotten multiple frames. They are pretty sturdy and the lenses (we got polycarbinate) don't scratch easy. It is nice inside and never takes very long. Even with multiple people scheduled. Trying on glasses is also pretty easy and stress free. The woman there is helpful and answers any questions we have.
