Such a shame that Dr. Goldberg retired. He was amazing, and very thorough. The new one, Dr. Luong, is not half as good. In and out in under 10 minutes, not thorough at all. Didn't do half the exams that Dr Goldberg did, even when requested. Explains nothing, barely checks anything, doesn't take his time. Not worth going, time to find somewhere else. Or wait and see if Dr Goldberg gets bored in retirement and comes back.
Should probably give them another star just because the office staff is super friendly and helpful. Too bad the Dr isn't.

Excellent office and doctor. Plus so easy to get a new pair of glasses. They work with your insurance and spend as much time as you want looking at frames. Ramze (office manager) was so patient and expert at making suggestions. I'm so satisfied. Definitely come to this office for relaxed full service eye care.

I've been to big chain eye doctor offices and the care and attention you get there can be hit or miss. That's not the case with Dr. Goldberg and his top-notch staff. With years of experience, Dr. Goldberg is patient, knowledgeable and professional, and excels at explaining and teaching you about your eyes. His bedside manner is A+. Dr. Goldberg's staff is also great, particularly Ramze, Sade and Direeka who are genuinely warm and helpful. Ramze went out of his way to make sure one of my prescriptions was just right. That's the kind of care and service that has made me a repeat patient at the practice.

Dr. Goldberg screwed twice on my prescription. First time I saw him I asked why I see better in my old prescription than the one he just prescribed. Instead of showing a care, he told me to seek another opinion. Lot's of ego! The second time I asked him to get me prescription from the old glasses , and he screwed up again . Apparently he either doesn't know how to use the machine, or machine is no good. Besides, equipment there is outdated, and poor record keeping. All done on paper charts , with cross overs , simply a mess... every respected optometrist business had long been doing it digitally.
