I am afraid of people touching my eyes and have a lot of anxiety around this process. I came from another place with my Rx and I wanted a pair of glasses for my smaller head. Rob was great in the front taking care of me. Leila was able to find me a pair of glasses that fit perfect. I wanted to share that working with Leila was seamless and easy, no anxiety. We worked on getting a better lens because the other one was giving me headaches. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a all in one practice with a great staff and easy to get to in the Tysons area!

I had a great checkup with Dr. Dawn Williams who did her best to help identify possible courses of treatment for vision problems I have had for the past 5 years caused during the cataract surgery and IOL replacement that this office performed. That replacement tore tissue in my right eye and the new inserted lens was offset from its proper position causing excessive blurring, halos, floaters etc. Ultimately, this along with the many laser scans, and other treatments likely led to retinal detachment last year. Bottom line was there was nothing that could be done without risking more damage to the eye. Dr. Williams and I looked and numerous options and both decided no further actions should be attempted. I am extremely angry with this practice and can't recommend them, but I felt good with the honesty and empathy shown by this doctor,

I had the opportunity to visit SeeClearly for the first time since my regular ophthalmologist in another office was booked. I was having some eye issues that needed to be checked out and the physician who treated me at this clinic was so professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Her background education is outstanding. She listened to my concerns without rushing me out of the office. I would recommend Dr Christine Tagayun. I have decided to keep her as my ophthalmologist from now on.

Dr. Tagayun at See Clearly Vision did my PTK surgery for my corneal dystrophy. Dr. Williams did all my follow-up and recovery care. Both doctors are fantastic. I had an issue in my recovery, and was so thankful that there is a doctor on-call after hours. I was disappointed that the front desk staff didn't tell me that the first time I called, but the second time I called and insisted on speaking with a doctor, they let me know that and arranged to stay so I could receive the follow up I needed instead of going to an emergency room that likely wouldn't have had the eye expertise that these doctors do. I am very satisfied with my experience here and would recommend See Clearly to others who are looking for a corneal surgery.

had a very bad experience with the Sea Clearly office. If you're just 10 minutes late, they cancel your appointment I called left a message. They never call me back.also which is not written in their policy. I tried calling, but no one answered. The doctor wasn't friendly or understanding, and I don't feel comfortable going back there. I honestly don't know how this doctor was recommended -- I'm really disappointed by the whole experience. Also, the front office whoever handling the paperwork did not welcome, very rude and disrespect.

Yea this place seems like a very nice place for eye things but for the CROSS LINKING procedure, ensure to get everything on paper (specifically the cost breakdown). To me, it all felt weird when it comes to what the procedure is, the insurance coverage process and how much the procedure was. My main issue was from talking with the drug provider and the office; no one was able to tell me how much this procedure was -- which means I was unable to determine the amount I'd be responsible for. Only found out when I got the bill in the mail.
My Recommendation:
- CALL YOUR INSURANCE to make sure this is covered -- get total allowed by your insurance and how much of it the insurance covers vs. how much would be owed by you (specifically the DRUG and "SURGERY" coverages). Knowing what I know now, I would recommend an itemized cost (or an approx.) before doing this procedure.
