Amazing, professional, and fast service!!! My glasses broke and I was struggling to see. I called the store and was advised with my prescription that they could make me new glasses the same day!! I received so much help and even spent much less money than I anticipated. I left the store with 2 pairs of new glasses that I love!!! They have a new customer for life!!! Eyemart express is the best store for glasses. I was helped by Key, she was totally awesome and the service was phenomenal! My glasses were ready in less than 30 minutes!! To get new glasses on the same day as my eye exam is awesome but to get new prescription glasses in less than 30 minutes is perfection. I'm officially a customer for life!! They were amazing, so friendly and helpful over the phone and in person. I took my 5 year old son to get new glasses and we got his script filled and two pairs of glasses! At his eye doctor that gives him his eye exam,even with insurance I paid a whole lot more just for one pair! Needless to say I will be going back to Eyemart Express!!

I called to ask if they took my insurance, and was instructed by one person to come in and have them run it in person. I came in, but there was only one staff person working in the front and they were helping another person. I waited about 45 minutes. Other staff did arrive, but I had signed up incorrectly on the clipboard, so they took all other waiting customers before me (even though they arrived after me). Once someone did help me, they were very kind, but were unable to access the info I originally came to find out- if my insurance would cover glasses. They needed to know more info than I had on hand about the account before they could tell me anything. I am not the primary on the account, but I've never had this much difficulty with a medical office on finding out if I am covered with insurance maybe it's just especially difficult with eye insurance, I don't know. Anyway, I eventually just left after about an hour with no results I came because of the great reviews, but this was not a very efficient process today.

This was my first visit/experience with eye mart express and they did NOT disappoint.. I've NEVER experienced a eyeglass shopping experience like this.. they actually made my glasses while I waited.. it took 28 mins to do so and I was impressed.. in the pass I would have to wait at least a week or two before I could pick up my glasses from my previous eyeglass store.. the sales associate,Patty, was very professional, honest and helpful in my selection.. I highly recommend Eye Mart Express..
