My husband and I both received exams and purchased glasses. The glasses were cheaper than Sam's club! The service we received was the best! They truly care about their patients! Made us feel appreciated! They will be our eye place for all future visits!

I had a great experience with this office
From appointment to contact pick up. I was given free daily contacts for a week and 1 month contacts after my eye exam. The receptionist was super nice. They even gave me an extra month supply of contact lenses.

Wasn't satisfied with eye exam and prescription. DR. Couldn't get one machine to work right,so he didn't use it. He gave me a less strength prescription than last year. I wasn't satisfied. Most of the frames looked old. My insurance company paid 400 and he still wanted extra 275 and didn't know,when my new glasses be in. Wasn't satisfied with a $700. Pair of glasses with less strength and $ 100 old frames.So I will keep what I got. Never been unsatisfied trying to get glasses.

The Doctor is very good, the lady who orders your glasses runs her mouth too much. She ordered the wrong "coke bottle" lenses for my glasses, and then I had to pay an extra 200.00 for the lenses I wanted in the first place, NO refunds..$700.00 for a pair of cheap glasses. Never again!! BUYER BEWARE..

Whoever answers the phone at the Newport News location is extremely rude. I asked about an appointment for my kid she asked how old I told her she said not until 7 and hung up in my face. Not knowing I'm an existing patient and wanted to schedule an eye exam as well. I will NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE. GET BETTER EMPLOYEES.

My family was coming here. We loved it. We order glasses online he gave us our PD's with no issue. The appts were always quick. Well since I order glasses online I keep our prescriptions on file from year to year. I noticed one of my kids had a very different prescription from the year before so we went to another optometrist. Every single prescription was WRONG. I felt awful cause one of my kids had been complaining that her prescription must have changed because she couldn't see like she felt she should. I waited way too long to check it out (No one else was complaining). Anyway hers was very wrong the rest of us just needed slight adjustments. I felt so awful. Never again.

Terrible and sketchy. Told me I would have to pay extra for an exam even though my insurance covers one exam a year at 100%. They also wanted my signature and couldn't provide a valid reason why when I asked what they needed it for. It felt like a scam so I left without being seen. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Love the service I received from them. Minimum weight time, fast, friendly staff and service. Lots of glasses to choose from. Also does walk in service. . Dr. takes time to explain your eye exam to you if you have any questions. Definitely recommend them
