Hien Nguyen, OD

I've gone to Dr Nguyen for over 20 years. He and his wife basically know my voice at this point. They always ask about my family and I have even started taking my middle son to see him. I enjoy that he can get me in & out without any hassles. He gives me a script to purchase elsewhere. I have pretty severe vision for someone my age & he gives me the best advice for my eye care and I can usually be seen same day. I have yet to experience any rudeness, as some of the other reviewers have stated. He will continue to be my eye doctor.

I have never had eye issues before. I went there for eye issues such as light sensitive and blurry vision. Dr. Nguyen charged me a specialist co pay which was $40. All he did was give me a vision test and checked my pressure and said no issues and sent me on my way. My vision progressively got worst. I found out later I had severe dry eyes. I called to talk to him to ask him about my vision and give recommendations. His wife who is the receptionist is very rude. Bring your business else where. If you have legit eye issues go to an Ophthalmologist. He's just an optometrist look up the difference.

I have a great review before but I need to change that. I found out after my daughter started getting headaches that our prescriptions were all wrong. Like literally every single person's. We switched doctors and everyone felt so much better.

The glasses they sell are garbage. All sales are final so by the time you get your glasses and realize they are low quality garbage it's too late. Even LensCrafters has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee policy. Don't get your glasses here.
