MyEyeDr has done very well with me. Contact lens and Glasses both exams amazing. I'm so thankful I could keep my glasses and update my prescription. Friendly staff. Optometrist very knowledgeable. Continual customer for years.

This place is great! I brought my glasses in today because I accidentally bent them and Stacy was able to help me and make them fit my face again! I also have gotten the last two pairs of glasses there also and everyone was super helpful and nice. thank you Stacy!

The ladies at this NN location are fantastic. They spent so much time with me and were patient and they have a great selection of glasses to choose from. Had slight issue, but they took care of it immediately - so happy with my glasses. Will definitely be back !!

Inside Patrick Henry Mall Helpful and knowledgeable staff. First I ask about whether they accepted my insurance. Yep! And they accept most. Appointments are required so I wanted a first available. Wow more than a month out. But the staff person suggested I try another of their stores. They would probably be less booked than the mall store.

My wife and two children recently visited this location, and she was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional level of customer service provided by the entire staff. The wait time was so minimal that she hadn't even completed the necessary paperwork before being called in. The optometric assistant was highly engaged and made a genuine effort to connect with the children, asking them friendly questions to put them at ease before beginning the exams. He used clear, age-appropriate language throughout the process, which helped make the experience comfortable and positive for them. The optometrist demonstrated extensive knowledge and professionalism, offering thoughtful feedback and personalized advice during each exam. At checkout, two sales advisors worked seamlessly together, efficiently guiding them through the process. Their teamwork was smooth and well-coordinated, resulting in a quick and pleasant conclusion to the visit. In total, they completed three appointments, selected new glasses, and ordered new contact lenses--all within an hour. The service was not only fast but exceptionally well-executed from start to finish.

After moving to Hampton Roads I needed a new eye care professional. I found MyEyeDr at the Patrick Henry mall. They have Saturday hours that works perfectly for me. They have an inhouse optometrist and a large selection of frames. They are very informative and provide a visual breakdown of options and costs. I had to make a couple of adjustments and they staff was always pleasant and helpful.

Mrs.Fawn treated my family and I exceptionally and I love her positive attitude as well as her work ethic.She's a great and genuine woman and has greatttttttt customer service!Thank you Mrs.Fawn and definitely will be back again, god bless you and this company!
