I just finished my yearly exam here. The front desk lady was very nice. (And when I was leaving another woman who equally as friendly) I was sort of taken aback by how friendly everyone was. The previous location everyone was nice but just doing their job really. Not as warm atmosphere as this location. I prefer this location even over my former location back from my hometown. I regret to say that I can't remember the eye doctor who saw me today but he was so incredibly kind and explained so much. I realized that what he was describing made so much sense on to what was going on with my eyes. He took due diligence to ensure my contacts fit how I needed them. I'm excited to know the reasons (FINALLY!) on some issues I had and it wasn't even prompted! Anyways, I look forward to coming back here because my expectations have been set :)

This office was extremely kind and considerate. They communicated that they were running behind and offered me water while I waited. They were quick to respond when I was looking at glasses and the exam went extremely smooth even when seeing a virtual doctor. Even if I didn't directly talk with someone everyone smiled and greeted me. I highly recommend!

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I am so disappointment with the service I received at your clinic during my scheduled 12:30 PM appointment on 1/8/26. Unfortunately, my experience was far below the standard of care I expected for the following reasons: Lack of Communication: I arrived on time for my 12:30 PM appointment. I sat in the waiting area for 30 minutes without being greeted, checked in properly, or updated on the status of the provider. No one informed me that the clinic was running behind. Unprofessional Conduct: When I finally approached the front desk to cancel my appointment due to the long wait and lack of updates, the staff member was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of an apology or an explanation, I was treated as an inconvenience. Poor Customer Service: As a patient, I expect a basic level of professional courtesy. To be ignored for half an hour and then met with hostility when I decided to leave is unacceptable. I value my time, and I expect the businesses I support to do the same. This experience has left me with a very negative impression of your practice. I hope you will take this feedback seriously to ensure other patients are not treated this way in the future. I look forward to hearing how you intend to address these service gaps.

The staff were pleasant, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The selection of frames was great! Lots of options to choose from. The virtual appointment was an excellent experience and no wait times. Overall, a wonderful experience and will definitely keep me coming back as a patient.

This location has a really good team of professionals. They were friendly, kind, and helpful. They helped me get the perfect frames and they look great on me. I can't wait to pick them up. I loved the whole visit, it went by pretty fast and that was great. Thank you, Cortney, Taylor, Kaylee, Holly, and Indira for being so kind and helpful. I'll definitely return for another pair.

I dont normally write reviews BUT I felt it was important to give this store and its amazing staff there due...From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a very Nice lady named Holly who took her time to walk me through the process and was very patient with me so friendly..The eye exam was the best I have had in many years!! Very well done !! Kaylee showed me many options and really took her time explaining things to me patients really is instealed into the staff thank god makes decisions so much easier...10 out of 10 will definitely be back again..Crystal made sure all my needs had been met before I left!!!! Will never go anywhere else amazing store...

Everyone at Myeye Dr has been so amazing. From the front desk staff to the exam staff to the ladies that help select glasses. The process is always great! They listen, they care, and they try to help every situation. My daughter wanted contacts and she struggled to get them in and out. Crystal gave tips and laughed and joked with us to help my daughter not feel so stressed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an optometrist.

My experience was very good. The exam was fast but felt really thorough, compared to other places. The Dr. was friendly and humorous. Cortney and Taylor did an awesome job helping me choose some nice frames. I ended up getting two pair and they gave me great suggestions. They helped me choose which pair I should use for my progressives and the other distance. They both were really patient with me and I was happy with price. A1
