I love this place!! I originally came in on Monday, but I ended up having to leave early due to my babies screaming their heads off (I wasn't asked to leave, I chose to!). Shanta was helping me, and I really appreciated her! She was extremely patient, helpful, and understanding. She had even offered to push the stroller around the store. I ended up making an appointment this morning that I was unfortunately unable to make, however I was able to walk in 2 hours later. It was a positive, nice environment and all the workers were amazing! Shanta had done my pre-eye exam today and she was really friendly. Teresa also!! She's new, I liked her commitment and eagerness to learn. Very friendly! Whitney was amazing as well! I loved how she was very helpful and patient with me. I originally came in for only a contacts and glasses prescription, but with her help I got not only one, but two pairs of glasses! Even though I was extremely indecisive, she was very patient and even picked out glasses for me to try on. Overall, my visit was a 10/10 and I am extremely satisfied with my purchases. If you need glasses, contacts or both, this is the place to go!!

I decided this morning to break the lifelong relationship with America's Best. I've been seeing them since I was 12 years old I am 37 now. I scheduled a 1:00 p.m. appointment 2 hours in advance, was seen by a doctor, picked out two sets of frames, and then had them in my hand by 2:06 p.m. the speed and service that these girls provide are amazing! Miss Whitney, Brittany, Shanta, and Margarrette we're all smiling faces while I waited patiently. Would 100% recommend.

Came in for the 2/$79 dollar deal, picked out two blue tag glasses (the cheapest ones on the rack) and got my eye exam. At checkout the total went from 79 dollars to 585 dollars. The 79 dollar exam fee was "waived" only to be replaced by a convenient 79 dollar "service fee," as well as a $50 warranty for each pair. The associate didn't review what I wanted and tacked on a bunch of extras without asking and only removed them when specifically asked. After all extras were removed the total still came out to 425 dollars. I was bait and switched and I had to go thru with it because I needed glasses and they knew it. If you expect to leave with a cheap pair of glasses you will be very disappointed.

So I originally went to Americas Best to try and get some glasses , they were very rude and just not helpful. So I looked around for similar places and I found Stanton. It was for my daughter so I took her first. She got glasses she wanted they were very helpful, I believe the ladies name was Shantie that helped us . She did such a good job I decided to come back for an eye exam for myself and I also purchased glasses for me as I to needed them. Shantie helped me again and same as before she was amazing. Everyone there was very helpful , they answered all of my questions. It was very clean , my daughter is bosses so they helped her fine something she liked . All and all I give this place 10 STARS . The service was just excellent and I truly felt like my needs were meet and the service was top tier

So far so good. Just last week (Friday afternoon) I walked in without an appointment and got an eye exam and glasses ordered in under 45 minutes. Yes, the exam was virtual, kinda like a zoom call with the machine largely remote controlled. The in-store staff was there to support check in, exam prep, and check out. I'm a boomer, did not mind this at all, and believe using technology to augment in person staff is not a bad thing as long as it works well (and it did). I will update this post when my glasses come in for accuracy and timeliness.

I was so impressed with the process! The eye exam did not require multiple room changes, The tele-optometrist was very professional and patient. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful; I especially loved Shanta, who really paid attention to my needs and made me comfortable with the choices I made for my eye-care. :) LOVEEE, Stanton Optical!

i had a great experience! the workers were amazing!! and whitney she had doughnuts the day i was here and she had offered me some they were delicious, overall such a amazing experience ! got some cute glasses to !

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am deeply disappointed with the level of service at this practice. I brought my son in for an appointment, and the staff's behavior was completely unprofessional. They stereotyped us from the second we arrived and made us feel incredibly uncomfortable. The most glaring issue was their open assumption about our insurance status and plan we had Medicaid without even asking It's unacceptable for a medical office to make such judgment's this experience ruined What should have been a simple doctor's visit...find an eye Doctor Who will treat you with respect, not suspicion and treat all patients with dignity. Do not go there.
