He has been my doctor for several years. During that time he has been unswervingly pleasant and helpful. Excellent doctor and pleasant individual.

If I could zero stars I would I went for an appointment in June because of a cyst on the side of my eye...which was a waste of my time just for the doctor to tell me that my eye gland was swollen just to massage it and put warm compress on eye. Now I'm getting another one on my other eye. Secondly whatever code the doctor put in for my insurance he put I had a regular eye exam which my insurance won't pay for because I didn't have a regular eye exam I was seen because of the cyst. I was told by my insurance to go back to the eye doctor to have them put the correct code so it could be paid and the lady that handles billing got an attitude with me and said it's the right code he's an eye specialist so that's the right code. All I want is for them to correct the problem so the visit could get paid for instead of it going on my credit. I will never refer anyone here because of this ongoing problem that I have been fighting since July to get this bill paid for a visit I could of looked on YouTube for the remedy the doctor told me

I think he's great. He did my cataract surgery in 2013 and will be doing the other eye next Wednesday.

It was my first time at HREA and it was very good. Called them at 8am with a concern and they had a cancellation which allowed me to be seen same-day. The staff were kind, patient, and very clear in their instructions/what they were going to do next. Dr. Kitay was very thorough and, although we did not pinpoint the issue, he talked through my concern and gave me options on next steps.

This Dr. Made me feel worse when I left then when I first arrived. He had a horrible attitude. Very Unconcerning about my tear duct issues. I am very unsatisfied with him.
