Blink is always professional and helpful. Staff goes out of their way to assist me in whatever need I may have. I popped in last week to have my glasses readjusted, I was in and out with glasses that no longer fell off my face. Greatly appreciate Dr. Stewart and Robert.

I was seen here for an initial appointment including an eye exam, because they came recommended to me by someone. While the exam went well, what I thought was a professional medical appointment, quickly turned into what felt like a used car lot. I was ignored repeatedly when I said I did not want transition lenses and that I would like my prescription to take elsewhere for my glasses due to financial reasons. She repeatedly ignored what I said and pressured me about how they "have the best glasses" and "we can take a look at your coverage". I repeated myself at least 4 times that I did not want transition lenses, not only did I not want them, but I don't NEED them, she said so herself and my current glasses I've had for two years do not have transition lenses and work fine for me which she was fully aware of. During her exam I could read up close perfectly fine. I also had to repeatedly ask the doctor, the salesman, and the reception at least 3 times for my prescription. I don't expect to be harassed when I go in for medical care. While it's ok to ask someone if they'd like to take a look at your inventory, it's not ok to REPEATEDLY ignore a patient's request for their written prescription and try to add unnecessary/unwarranted prescription to their lenses (highly unethical), while repeatedly pressuring them to buy your products. I could never recommend this place after the experience I had. I've been seeing eye professionals and wearing glasses for 10 years and I've not encountered something like this before. I won't be back.

This place knows customer service...they take the time to ask questions and always seem to care. Dr. Angela Stewart is just the best and very patient. I never have a bad visit.

I gave a 5-star rating, but I'd give more if I could. I've been loyal to my previous optometrist for years, but when I had an urgent issue, they couldn't see me for several days. I called Blink, explained what was going on, and they fit me in the same day. Dr. Stewart was fantastic--she diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me exactly what I needed. Her staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. I wasn't looking for a new optometrist, but I've definitely found one now.
