The facility was nice and clean , however the process for checking in could have been more detailed and been explained what exactly you are agreeing to when coming in as a new client. I was handed the clipboard and said fill this out. The pricing was a little higher than anticipated at the end of the visit , but the doctor was thorough and answered all my questions and the gentleman who helps fit your glasses was amazing also and helpful.

I really like their new facility in Rocky Mount across the street from the hospital. I would give that part a 5 star rating. On the other end of the scale was waiting for over 20 minutes in a room for the doctor to come in. Topping it off was that after the exam, I looked for a pair of glasses in their glasses show room. They did not have any frames I liked, so I asked for a copy of my prescription, which they gave me, but unbeknownst to me, they put a hold on my insurance for glasses only allowing them to process a claim. The glasses place that I found frames I liked called Kartesz to take the hold off, but they refused. Very unprofessional!! Thank goodness after a call to the insurance company, they went in and took the hold off.
