I was a bit put off when I arrived and found out there was no actual doctor on site and that it would be a Teladoc exam. But once the process got started, I had to change my mind. The Tech did all the preliminary work, (retina scans, photos, etc.) and when the doctor had checked out the data that was sent her and came online everything went quite smoothly. She had complete control of the exam equipment. She was friendly, took her time, made sure I understood what she was doing and what she had gotten from the data sent to her. She gave me a chance to ask any questions I had before going offline. The exam was as thorough as any I've gotten anywhere else. Overall, I was quite satisfied by the experience. I will go back there next year.
