I was not impressed. I set my appointment months in advance and arrived to the appointment. The receptionist/check-in person was rude. My technician was awesome. The doctor hardly spoke to me and did the same things the technician had just done and walked out of the room without telling me what was happening next. I just called to get a copy of my prescription and they said I refused refraction, so they did not have my prescription. I will be changing my eye specialist.
