Years ago, my son ran past a climbing rose bush in our yard at night, and a rose cane hit his face as he ran by. He thought he had a rose thorn in his eye. He went to the ER because he was in so much pain and was told there was nothing in his eye. The next day, he went to Dr. Dietels who saw the thorn deep in his eye and referred him to an ophthalmologist who removed the rose thorn. Needless to say, I have been a patient of his ever since. He is very compassionate and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Dietels is the best eye doctor ever! My husband and I both have been his patients for years. He is so knowledgeable, personable and is a military veteran which is very honorable. His wife works at the practice also and she is very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this practice and wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr Dietels is an excellent optometrist. I switched to him several years ago on the recommendation of my primary care doctor and have been very happy. All of my prescriptions have been perfect! He is efficient and so friendly. His office runs smoothly because he is the only practitioner and he doesn't overbood. Also, there is no pressure to buy glasses or contacts there because he doesn't sell them himself. He gives you the prescription for you to take where you choose, and I really appreciate this.

I was a first-time patient. While filling out the new patient forms, I noticed a prominent display of religious material and pro-life propaganda. I left without completing the appointment. Not the experience I'm seeking from a clinician. To each their own, but be aware that some people may find this objectionable.

Dr. Dietels is the best optometrist in the continental US. I'm 31 and I've been seeing him since I was 8 years old. Lived on the west coast and went to another eye doctor and I missed Dietels so much I moved back. I hope he outlives me so I never have to go see another eye dr again. What a legend.
