Have been coming here for 10 years and the past 4 have been at this location. Excellent service. They take their time with You and explain in detail what they are doing. All questions answered and more. Melanie is a sweetheart, She helped Us with our new glasses and did not rush Us.

Very dissatisfied with the service I received when ordering my new frames for the first time. The person that helped me never did the first measurement when ordering my frames and after 3 weeks my glasses came in and was way to small. After going back in and multiple phone calls still no glasses and now having to Waite on refund to be mailed. Still no refund check and now getting the run around. Every time I call they say they will check into and give me a call back which they never do. Terrible customer service. Now saying my check should be processed soon after they told me two weeks. This has been going on since before thanks giving and still no refund and here ur is January. Beware.

went in to ask a simple question, the rude and disrespectful child at the front counter was very rude and told me that I had to sign in to ask a question.....this is the exact reason I stopped coming to them, and my husband talked me to coming back, but I will never come back to these people due to their disrespectful manner. kartesz family eye care is much better and has more professionalism than Newman and blackstock ever has. bye now

Rachel and James are very helpful. It is nice to see people that make you feel welcome and that they care. The whole staff was wonderful.

The new Optometrist is very friendly and makes sure that your glasses or contacts work for you. I have never felt more at home at the eye doctor and I have been wearing glasses since I was 5 years old.

They're amazing , they are very good with eye exams and glasses come in within a week

The staff and the optometrist was courtesy and polite. I would highly recommend this location.
