Staff always greets me, there always very pleasant. Dr. Sarah Driscoll is always so nice and kind. She always very informative and answers my question and if she can't, she will find the answer out for me, or informs me if I need to go to another office and speak with Dr Thompson. Dr.Driscoll has helped me fix some problems with my eyes that have been bothering me for a while and I really appreciate it. I will contine with Dr Thompson, as well when needed, as he performed my cataract surgery in both eyes and I'm very pleased with him and his service. I will see you at your new location. Because I do want to continue to see Dr.Driscoll on a regular basis for my eye care at Eye Care and Surgery, as she is moving to different locations Electric Road/419 Office and other Offices. I see Dr Driscoll for routine visits. I recently woke up with acute pain in one eye that urgent care told me was allergies. I called the office and they worked me in the same day. Turns out I had a corneal abrasion. So grateful to Dr Driscoll and her staff for getting me the care I needed!

Dr. Driscoll is amazing! From regular exams to occasional odd autoimmune flares, she is on it. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate and caring. Everyone on the staff there are wonderful as well.

I've never had a more positive experience at an eye care facility! This is my second visit with Dr. Driscoll. She and her assistant are so sweet and patient. I struggle with pretty severe anxiety, especially at appointments and they made me entirely comfortable and at ease. I was completely discouraged from getting contact lenses until they helped me effortlessly! The entire staff is warm, kind, and thoughtful. I highly recommend coming to this office, they're wonderful! :)

There were very friendly and were really patient with my 6 year old granddaughter throughout the exam and in helping her be more comfortable and well informed of every aspect of the exam before they did anything to put her at ease. A++ service.

I was greeted with a smile & everyone was so nice. Took me back ahead of time & I did not sit long at all for any part of my appt. I was in & out before I knew it. I highly recommend Eye Care & Surgery to everybody!!

I normally go to other Eye Care Surgery locations for my appointments. This was my first time here. Dr. Driscoll is fantastic, her staff were great but the front desk staff not so much. Also, it seems this location gets alot of individuals on state assistance, Medicaid, etc & so you're kind of treated like you too are in that category even though you are not. It was assumed I had bottom of the barrel health insurance. I didn't care for this location although I did like the doctor. This office opens late as well, even though they schedule you, staff are late arriving & opening up the office. It's not as clean or inviting as other locations.

The staff at Eye Care Surgery is superb! Professional and friendly with doctors who listen to you. There was no waiting, however you never felt as if you were being rushed through the appointment. I highly recommend Eye Care Surgery.
