Eye care and surgery is very easy to work with. You don't have to wait long and the don't waste your time. When you're called back they prep you right away and Dr. Coolbaugh sees you within 10 minutes. His exam is thorough and quick.

This surgery was a life changing process for me. I started wearing glasses at age 14 but I no longer need them now. The team was very professional but also very compassionate. Dr eng is awesome and he even took a minute to pray with me, no dr has ever done that before. Thank you all

I first met Dr Eng back when he did Cateract Sx, he was so nice, well, I met him when I came to see about cataract sx . He seemed so kind and professional. His office staff are very knowledgeable, and very kind. So I decided to have the surgery, and it was the best nap I had , had in quite awhile. Everything went smoothly. I've been seeing him in his botatot ( sorry for spelling) and he is very nice and is continuing to follow my Macular Degeneration progression. I dont recall how I decided to see Dr Eng, but I would definately thank them for all of the reasons i mentioned. I hope to continue seeing him, until I meet my Savior in heaven and I wont need an eye Doctor any more. The end

We had scheduled an appointment with Dr. Coolbaugh at the 460 location, however, when we arrived it was a day he was at the Electric Road location. Fortunately the staff at 460 was very kind and arranged that we could see Dr. Schaubach. Everyone worked to get us in for our exams and they noted on our records that we only use the 460 location, since a family member lives very close by. This spirit of teamwork and camaraderie certainly elevates this eye clinic to the top of the list for excellence in customer service. Thank you!
