Contacted the emergency number as directed by the voicemail at my optometrist's office number. After explaining what was happening with my eye I was told to drive from Radford to the Roanoke office to see Dr. Coolbaugh. I was also told that the office was open until noon. When I arrived in Roanoke at 11:30, I contacted the receptionist and Dr. Coolbaugh had left for the day. There was another doctor in the office, but I was not offered an appointment. This was unacceptable. Their patients wellbeing is obviously not a concern.

Logan was very kind, empathetic, and still professional. the ladies at reception and exit are very polite and helpful. the rest of the staff leaves more to be desired. Dr. "Kevin" barely says hello before he is already out the door and his assistant with the ratty blonde hair and the nose ring is extremely rude.
