Went to pick up my eye script-
And pick out to purchase a pair of glasses but because it was too close to closing time... I was turned away- I guess these online places will get my monies and the $479.00 that goes with the frames I like. And switching to Vistar for future eye exams. Do better ladies.

Front staff is inattentive and lacks and care. Male frame selection was out sent me to other location that also had no frames. Very bad experience. Although Dr Wood was amazing.

Dr Johnson and the staff are excellent! Dr Johnson is a great optometrist and very thorough. He has referred my husband and I to specialists as needed when he diagnosed issues. We trust him completely!

everyone apart from the actual eye doctor and the lady that helped me order my contacts were rude as hell. whoever had me in the room to blow air in my eyes was horrible. she asked if i wanted to be dilated today so i had a couple of questions which i suppose were just way to extensive to give an educated reply. my question was "can i still do the eye exam normally with my eyes dilated?" i guess that pissed her off because her response was "if you don't want to do it just say that". in such a rude way. i never got her name but as someone who works in costumer service for a living i'd never speak to someone that way. retrain the staff on basic human decency skills. won't be back!

This place is total scam. I have an amazing insurance and yet they always find ways to have me pay out of pocket for all the "add ons" and when I decline they get super rude about it. The overall customer experience is at zero. They prioritize profit over care.

The staff here is the rudest I've experienced in Roanoke, worse than Kartesz on 419, and that's pretty tough to beat. Would gladly pay more to go elsewhere because of how unprofessional and unfriendly the staff is here. Seems like they should invest in basic human interaction and social cue training for the staff.

I'll be going elsewhere.

It's a great place for adults but not for children under 5 if you are going to take children under 5 years old you need to not make them wait an hour to two hours to see the doctor and if you are going to do that then they need to make a room just for kids so they can run around and not break anything a room with a door and toys little kids don't like being held for that long.
