The person that performed the exam was knowledgeable and kind. It was a new experience working with a doctor remotely but the exam was very thorough so I did not feel as though I lost anything doing it this way. The optician I worked with, Sandy Fox, was wonderful to work with. She helped me pick a great pair of frames and helped me choose what will hopefully be a perfect pair of lenses.

I was at first VERY skeptical about a "virtual" eye appointment, but it surprisingly went very well. The front desk staff was very nice and was able to answer all my questions about what we were testing and etc. It went smoothly and honestly went about the same amount of time it would take with an "in person" eye appointment. The staff at Pearl Vision are amazing, professional and courteous. From the check-in to the completion. They were attentive to my concerns and addressed them. I was very pleased with my experience and I will definitely recommend them to friends, family and co-workers. Dr. Jacques, was very professional, and very attentive, even with it being a virtual visit. Mrs, Cathy and Angela were both very helpful and professional. I did not get the name of the young lady doing all the testing. But she was also very professional, attentive, courteous, and she did an excellent job. Exceeded my expectations.

The technician that did the majority of my exam, stormy, was absolutely fantastic. She was polite, friendly, professional, and seemed very knowledgeable. She did excellent job teaching her fellow associate. The TeleMed doctor that came online was also very friendly professional. She answered all of my questions easily. I never felt rushed . They did an excellent job. I was skeptical going in now but I will be going back.
