I went to Pearle Vision recently for an eye exam and glasses. The tech was patient and thorough. The doctor completed the exam remotely via a television screen. I wasn't sure how that would work, but it was fine. Then I worked with Sandy to find glasses; what a great experience! She is professional and personable. She helped me find several pairs of glasses that were good for my face shape and when I couldn't decide, she helped me text photos to my wife for her input. I will definitely use Pearle Vision again and recommend to anyone!

I never complain I just keep it moving. I have never been so mistreated by anyone ever in a retail setting. The lady behind the counter was so rude and dismissive, and then ended up yelling at me and telling me to leave the store. This lady started off by being rude and picking up a personal phone call in the middle of a conversation whatever information was in front of her was incorrect, and I was trying to explain to her that I had Ben into the store and I was trying to show her like my credit card receipts however, she became so irate and basically yelling and pushing me out the door that I feel like I was robbed they took my money and didn't give me a service. I would never ever go to the store again do not go here if you want to be treated fairly!!!

I love working with Angela and Sandy! I have bought several pairs of glasses at this Pearl Vision. Both of these nice ladies are so helpful and pleasant, it makes my experience so special. I took my Mother there for glasses and the service she got was so great! Angela treated her with respect and patience. Mom is 88 and gets a little confused and needed extra care and she got and some!
I will recommend this shop and these ladies to everyone. Word of mouth is the best advertising and I will be a great marketing speaker for you! Keep these 2 they are a valuable asset for your company!
