Excellent staff and doctor. I have had cataract surgery and some other procedures, all pain free. Cataract surgery took about 10 minutes. I almost fell asleep. Its interesting as the eye is underwater as the procedure is done.
Dr. Till is very skilled in his trade. All I remember is swirling colors in my eye and then it was over. Vision is so much better now. Crystal clear.

Dr. Till has treated my dry eyes for four years. He is by far the most knowledgeable Doctor (and there were three others) on the subject. He listens to what I have to say and constantly has new suggestions for treatment. I recently went to Duke for a Lipiflow treatment (not available in Roanoke), and the Duke Doctor's comment was "Dr. Till is sure taking good care of your eyes".

All of the staff at the clinic are friendly and outgoing, wait times are short, and the facility is modern, clean, and efficient. Dr. Till is great, professional but friendly and he has a great sense of humor. I drive from Blacksburg and have been going to the Center for over eight years; I wouldn't consider trusting anyone else with my sight!
