In the Roanoke Valley, finding physicians with the "right stuff" can be difficult. Dr. Till has the right knowledge, skills, experience, and equipment to demonstrate he is at the top tier of Opthalmologists in the area. Yes, I know what that means as my Opthalmologist, when I lived in DC, was world-famous. So, yes, I can recommend Dr. Till.

After being a patient for years, I will not be returning. Customer service has gone down hill fast at Dr. Till's office as well as the lack of addressing that issue. Staff is unresponsive to voicemails left and are very rude. One of the tech's by the name of Samantha is very rude and has zero bedside manner.

Dr. Till operated on my right eye for a cataract in 2013. The result was wonderful. Just this year 2023 in July I had my left eye operated on for a couple cataracts. It is hard to imagine, but the result was better than in 2013. My right eye is 20/20 & my left eye 20/15. Both my vision eye glasses doctor & I think he is a magician!! I still wear glasses as I have a loose eye muscle but my prescription is phenomenally improved. I highly recommend Dr. Till for your eye & vision needs. The support staff at Dr. Till's office are terrifically helpful. One stayed over on a day I had to come a late afternoon to finish some paperwork. The receptionists were just lovely with me & so very helpful.

Dr Till did laser surgery on my eye to remove floaters. He accidentally hit part of my retina with the laser. He never told me. At my follow up appointment the only thing he said was that there was nothing else he could do to help me. For the next 3 years I suffered with my vision getting worse and worse. Not understanding why. Dr Best, who referred me to Dr Till kept downplaying the problem. I was finally able to get an appointment at Vistar. The injury had created a cataract. After 4 years and an expensive surgery, I am finally getting better, but my vision will never be the same.

Dr. Till is admired by his staff and patients. His office is always packed with individuals seeking advanced eye care. He ably cares for all moving among the various exam rooms within his facility. His staff will readily tell you if there is a piece of equipment available he does not have it is on order. Prior to being referred to Dr. Till, I traveled to the Duke Eye Center for expert examinations. I have been so delighted to find his care within close proximity to my home, and he holds my deepest respect for his professionalism. His office runs efficiently, and you can be assured of the knowledge and ability he exemplifies. We are blessed to have him within the Roanoke Valley, and if you have experienced serious eye issues or difficulty obtaining accuracy in your eye health, I cannot recommend his service enough. Patients in his office always speak of him with the highest respect and devotion.

I lost vision in my left eye. Dr. Till did everything he could to figure out why it happened. He really helps and explains things so they are easy to understand. He's the only eye doctor I trust. Been going to him for three years now. Love his staff as well. They are so friendly and helpful.

Saw Dr. Till for first time today and was very pleased with my experience. Sarah was amazing and I loved that she did not rush me through any of the tests. I was here for a 2nd opinion after a bad experience with a different eye doctor and will happily be taking my business here. The entire office staff is very friendly and makes you feel at home. Check them out as you will not be disappointed.

Worst surgical experience I've ever had. I could feel the entire procedure and all he could say was I needed to "toughen up." My implant has never been right.
