Nice Staff very cooperative,good waiting time to get in, test eye check was great, the best I've seen ever among most eye check in any place, huge difference from the one outside Sam's club building ( did nothing and wrong reading)here attention to details was great from the nurse then the doctor

I think Dr. John and all the nursing and office staff are great. But the wait time is ridiculous. For this most recent visit, I was in the office for 3.5 hours, of which about 20 minutes were with Dr. John. At the previous visit, I was in the office for over 4 hours. When I finally got to see the doctor, he was very rushed. My diagnosis was disturbing, and we had questions. Dr. John stayed to answer them, but I know this made him behind for the next patient. Do you really need to pack the schedules like this?

Staff are thoughtful and considerate and Dr. Hosman is super. I'm not keen about the ramp as I use a walker and carry portable oxygen. I have to remember NOT to arrive early after lunch as the door will be locked and I don't recall an intercom or bell. That's the reason for only four stars.
