I'm 6 years old now and I got my glasses I think when I was 4. I love my glasses and everyone there was so nice to me. And I even got to pick out my own glasses! But I'm sure it's time for the doctor to check my eyes again. So, I need to make an appointment soon. Thank you. Stella R. Williams

ZERO STARS!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. This is a continuation from their other location on Webster Street. Receptionist is rude and does not pay attention to the information you give her. Husbands had his appointment that he waited 8 months for. But was told there's going to be a wait because they are short staffed. And Dr Haskins is retiring tomorrow. Again you just found this out???? I asked how long of a wait and the receptionist asked how long can you wait. Well by the looks of the waiting room with every chair filled and it being 3:30 and they close at 5 there's one heck of a wait. I asked is it 1 hour 2 hours? She said we are a Dr's office there's always a wait. I said I am on time for an APPOINTMENT and my time is just as valuable as yours. So how long of a wait is there. She said a while. Question is how good of an exam was he going to receive with that many people waiting? And what is the recourse you have for a bad exam because the Dr could honestly care less because he's retiring tomorrow. We decided to leave and stay far away from this fly by night facility. They need some major staff training. Lets start by answering the phone. Going somewhere else and have an appointment already in a VERY reasonable time. AND AS I SAID IN MY REVIEW OF YOUR OTHER LOCATION Harmon eye center don't bother replying to my review. It's a standard reply and your staff needs a lot of training!!!! Answer the phones for starters!!!! Hire more people if your so short staffed.

It is always a pleasure experience when visiting Dr. Haskett. He has been my optometrist for over 20 years, so it doesn't feel like a visit to the doctor but a visit to see one of my good friends. The staff is always friendly and courteous.

The doctor was excellent and the assistant was excellent. However the refraction charge was totally unexpected. I feel the greeter should have expressed if u want or feel that u may need glasses, this is the fee. I don't need glasses due to implants after cataract surgery and having this facility for a number of years they should have known. Wasted money.

Positive Friendly, helpful staff. Once in the office the wait time is not very long. Doc is good and thorough. Negative Had to reschedule a July or August 2024 appt and couldn't get anything until Feb 2025. Need more staff

All excellent with the Doctor but my only recommendation is have the tech introduce themselves to patients. Just to say "sit there and place your head here" is not very welcoming. It takes no time and very little effort to say good morning, my name is..,,,

Took almost 2 hours for a routine eye exam. Most of time was spent checking in and out and in waiting room. Only 1 person working front desk, responsible for check in and out, insurance questions and answering the phone! She was highly efficient and kept her compusure under very stressful conditions. Bottom line is, another front desk person is needed. The waiting room time was well over an hour because only one doctor seeing patients. Once I was taken back, the technician was very quick and efficient but also thorough. Dr Haskett came in and also performed a great exam. He is personable and answered any questions I had without rushing. Bottom line here is another provider is needed to decrease long, unacceptable wait times. The reason I rated visit 3 star instead of 5 was entirely due to wait times.

Everything was neat and orderly, everyone was extremely nice and efficient. Dr Haskett is friendly and thorough. My questions were answered and the experience was great.
