Phenomenal Experience with Dr. Jennifer C. Lane and Team I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Jennifer C. Lane and her exceptional team in Suffolk! My 10-year-old, London, and I recently had eye exams, and the entire experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was superb--welcoming, efficient, and kind. The nurse conducting the interim initial exams were phenomenal, putting both of us at ease and ensuring every step was explained clearly. Dr. Lane herself is absolutely phenomenal. Dr. Lane is a true professional who quickly and accurately determined our new prescriptions. She also ensured my contact lens fitting were perfect. The results were incredible, and we're both seeing better than ever! This practice goes above and beyond in both service and care. Dr. Lane and her staff are excellent. They are so welcoming and patient. I lost a contact lens at the beginning of my appointment and they tried to help me find it. It extended my time there, causing them to stay late, but I never felt rushed. Dr. Lane is amazing. She takes her time to educate, which I appreciate immensely. I live in Hampton. She is so worth the drive.

Dr Lane is very thorough and inquires about all aspects of your health that are related to eye care. She is very patient and spends time explaining any questions or concerns that you may have. The office staff are very efficient and nice. This was a first visit to her current location, and it was very neat and clean. A few of my coworkers and I drive 30 to 45 minutes each way to see Dr. Lane. I always feel that I received an excellent eye exam without the rush of fluttering lenses of "is 1/2 or 3/4 better" like many places. Dr. Lane is highly recommended.

Another thorough check up. Dr Lane's staff is very professional as well. During this pandemic they have remained very consistent in their practice to keep each client as safe as possible. She always takes her time and makes me feel valued as a customer. After a thorough check up, she took the time to answer any questions that I may have had and address any concerns she had. Her staff is growing and she has added some more great people to serve her customers with a spirit of excellence. I highly recommend this practice for all ages to all in need of an excellent eye doctor where you will be treated with outstanding customer service. Dr. Lane is very thorough. She meticulously checked all of my history and compared her results to my previous doctor's findings. She answered all of my questions and explained all of tests in detail. I felt valued as a customer because she took her time to make sure I was satisfied with my exam. She is also responsible for discovering an eye condition in my son when he was younger. This resulted in him becoming a better student. I highly recommend her for all of your eye care needs. Her staff is great as well!

Dr. Lane is so personable. She just seems to genuinely care about the health of your eyes. Her bedside manner is amazing. Her staff is also very professional and nice. I have recommended her to several of my friends.
