I love this practice! Everyone is so friendly and I always receive the best service. Ms. Alicia is amazing at the front desk. She starts the service off wonderfully by greeting you as soon as you walk in. The young lady that assisted me before the doctor did amazing as well. She was well informed and so polite. Dr. Bellflower was also very respectful, funny, and knows his craft very well. It ended off with me picking out the perfect frames with Ms. Rita. She worked so hard to help me find the right ones and she was so down to earth. I'm so glad that the previous practice I went to closed down because I'm so happy to be a patient at this location now. Thank you to the entire team!!!

This had to have been the most thorough and best experience I've ever had. The Doctor was amazing and explained everything in detail. Talked me through everything he was doing. The young lady who helped myself and my husband both find glasses was super sweet and upbeat! The front desk staff although only seeing me once, greeted me by my last name as soon as I walk in. They have a great team with wonderful personalities! So glad we found them!

I thought I might have had to cancel my appointment (new insurance info hadn't arrived yet) however they were able to locate all my info thru my company and within a matter of minutes. Between exams, glasses fittings, and ordering contacts, I was in and out under an hour. Every member of the staff was so familiar with the process, it was hard not to get every need and consideration covered in a most timely of manners. Eye care can be so hassle-free when it's done by the right people!

The whole Hampton staff is really nice. But I have talk about one person in particular. Ms. Rita...I absolutely love Rita! She helped me pick out the perfect frames and took her time to make sure the fit would be comfortable and centered perfectly. She truly cares and wants to make sure you are happy with your glasses. Best experience ever because of her. I truly appreciate everything she did today. I hope they know how lucky they are to have such an amazing person working there.
