Logan was very helpful and patient! I was unsure about an order I placed, and she was able to help me cancel/refund my first order and complete a new order. Prices were reasonable with and without insurance.

It was a very fast and quick experience. I didn't have to wait long. Miss Jonaline was super nice and quick with fixing my glasses ! Give her a raise or something good lol! Ill definitely be coming back

They were extremely efficient. The exam took maybe 15 minutes from front to back. Kay at the checkout desk worked magic on getting me a great price for what I needed. She is fantastic!

Our experience from beginning to end was pleasant. It was easy to schedule and reschedule appointments online. It was easy to fill out all the necessary forms online. I received a good amount of appointment reminders which is necessary for me because I am forgetful. Upon arrival, the check in process was easy especially since I filled out all the forms online. The staff were very pleasant. Every single person we encountered were very kind. The only thing I didn't like is because it is a chain establishment, it felt kind of like patience/clients are handled like an assembly line. There is a waiting area which doesn't feel inviting. The process took a little long. I just needed an eye exam for my son who ultimately didn't need glasses after all. They seem to run some great promotions and accept many insurances. However, I didn't use vision insurance for my son so we ended up paying $60 - $70 out of pocket for the eye exam. They seem to have a good selection of glasses. My son's exam was bare minimum nothing special or additional. I believe this is pretty cheap for an eye exam. However don't expect personal or top notch experience, it is a chain establishment after all. They had two optometrist on staff. We seen the young woman optometrist who was very nice and personable. Good experience just not 5 star.

Save your money, go somewhere else! This office is not helpful at all with changes in prescriptions. (Which are valid for a year? Not here apparently). I went in in August for an eye exam for contacts. I had remaining contacts at home still so wouldn't need to order for a while. I received my updated prescription on 8/15/25. I recently ran out contacts from my previous prescription and went online to order. The eye DR. put a certain brand on my prescription which isn't necessary. By them doing that I could only purchase this specific (expensive) brand. I called the office 11/18/25 (remember, prescription is supposed to be valid for a year) to see if they would remove the specific brand so that I wasn't stuck paying an arm and leg for contact lenses. The office staff told me no because my prescription is so old. I could understand that if it was expired, it is only 4 months old, with 8 remaining months. They are completely unwilling to help and only make the frustration worse. Will never return here again. Absolutely ridiculous. Do better!

This establishment needs some sort of new management. You will wait over an hour to be seen despite having a scheduled appointment. However, if you are late they cancel your appointment. I was 11 minutes late due to an accident. I called and made them aware. They said ok. A minute later, I received another call stating the doctor refused to see me. I was literally pulling into a parking space. I drove 45 minutes for the appointment. Every time I go to one of their offices, I wait over an hour to be seen. Then it takes longer for checkout. I had an appointment a few weeks ago and I waited 50 minutes. There were still four customers ahead of me waiting to be seen. The staff walked around texting and taking smoke breaks. Where was the grace period policy then? I had to leave the appointment and reschedule. Every time I go to one of their offices we're just waiting on their staff and the wait is usually over an hour. Please follow your own policy related to grace periods.

The optometrist Mr Cadenhead is incredibly disrespectful and condescending. I had a simple question for him and when I walked into his office he walked right past me like I don't exist and when he came back I asked why he can't do an exam without using one of the machines he said "because that's how we do it" and when I told him I've done it before without the machine and he said "I don't care" and told me if I don't like it then "go somewhere else" in a very demeaning tone. Incredibly disrespectful and shameful behavior for a doctor to have toward a patient. I'll be calling corporate office to tell them.

If there was a way to put 0 stars I would. I've had no line progressives for 3 years, I came back after getting my glasses from here after 3 months because I've had consistent headaches and I have to hold my glasses up to read with my glasses. They will not do anything and want to charge for a new exam and keep saying to get a another pair of glasses for reading/computer. They say you get what you pay for and it is true with place, I will be going back to Lens crafters and will not be returning.
